Perhaps as a brother, perhaps as a friend. Perhaps as lovers which were never meant to be, not in this lifetime.
This is still one of the most lovely things I've read in any fanfic... and so very right, at least for my personal interpretation of Yoshiki and hide's relationship.
The rest of the fic's awfully cute, and gets stuck in my head randomly sometimes (it's been many months since I first read it ^^;; sorry I haven't reviewed earlier). But that one part, that... just -haunts- me, sometimes.

This... is brilliant. I loved the way you portrayed the relationship, and I couldn't help giggling at hide blurting out lines from his songs. XD I adore this piece so much.
