Thanks for the reply to my review for YCCD + YSCCD.
So I reread this and thought this time I'd do you the courtesy of leaving a review.
Although I said earlier, in a roundabout fashion, that Hayden was markedly aggressive in this story, I've realised you've toned it down as the story progresses. I think what really spurred my comments about his aggression was actually the fact that in the space of a couple of days I had read a collection of stories, both H/N and A/P, that were alarmingly aggressive. Reading The End Justifies the Means, The War and All Dressed Up all together created quite a bit of sympathy for the very defensive Padmes/Natalies I was reading. Perhaps not the best combination- all together they tended to invoke the wrath of the feminist within.
On that train of thought, I thought Natalie getting her own back at Hayden with the strip was brilliant. Natalie's less forgiving moments are great. The phone call to mum was hilarious, and I'm looking forward to reading more. You said you would be spending more time on this so I am eagerly awaiting an update!

Thanks, Eridani! I am finishing up the epilogue on another story, Mine To Give, right now and things are a lot softer there. I am hoping to get it finished this week so it will finally be completed! If you've read it, you've probably seen it's not completed. After that I will be back working on The War and YSCCD. Like I said, he is about to calm down in YSCCD, but I am not sure about The War. He is still trying to win and right now he feels that he needs to keep the sexual tension heated up in an effort to break her defenses and get her to finally realize where she belongs. Thanks for reading. Any kind of feedback helps, that's for sure! Hopefully, I can balance out his aggressiveness. Pagan loves an aggressive Anakin so you'll always read him that way in her stories. But, I love her stories. She is amazing and has helped me so much! It is because of her writing that I finally took a stab at writing a Hayden/Natalie story and out came You Can't Control Destiny.

Hey all! This story will continue. I will be working on it next week. I had to take a breather to work on my Anakin/Padme story entitled Across The Stars. I have the chapter finished and have to clean it up, so I can resume The War starting next week. Hopefully, the inspiration fairy will be good to me and I can have it up sometime next week. Thanks for reading!

I really love this story. But i was wondering, is it possible to get alerts when a new chapter for this story is submitted? They do that on regular fanfiction.net, but I'm not sure it has it on this site. But anyways, great story and I really love the pairing.

Well, there is one little vignette in the movies/Star Wars section here. It's called An Anakin/Padme Vignette. I haven't posted Across The Stars here yet. It's only at AAEF and not archived cos it's not finished. Thanks for asking! I think An Anakin/Padme Vignette is about 4 pages in now. It's there, though, cos I saw it a few days ago.
