You write this pair so well! The story and drfama were both excellent... Great job!

Such wonderful drama... I was never too fond of the painting but the myth and the picture are perfect for this story. This was quite different from your other fics but it's excellent none the less, proving that you can write other styles as well. It's very dramatic and the characters are wonderful, deep and well written, especially Bret and the plot twist of Vince's madness. Shawn was a bit too "weak" for my liking but that might be just me... Still, the delicate rebuilding of friendship between him and Bret is a very good relationship. There could easily be continuation for this but I think it makes a better stand alone, since it would lose quite a bit in a sequel.

Very nice story, I enjoyed. I hope you write more stories like this.
