It was funny cause the first time i read this part :
" She quickly ran to the front door and opened it.
“What?”
“Hey, I need to use your… bathroom” Gerard said as he rushed right past Jera.
Jera’s house wasn’t big so Gerard had no problem seeing the bathroom right in front of him.
“What’s with the backpack?” she asked.
Gerard’s muffled voice from behind the bathroom door answered back, “uh, my…for my comic books.” "
I thought he was actually going to use the bathroom, thats why he brought the comic books, in case he took a long time.
