Zombie **COMPLETED**

Nancy was dying, the zombie was chewing on her throat, aortal blood was spraying them all including Hank, who was staring with shock at Nancy's face a mask of horror, pain and fear. Rob managed to pull the zombie off of Nancy and shove it out of the way and Brody shot it's head off. They others quickly knelt around Nancy, Renee, holding a jacket to the wound on her neck while Hank held her hand.

"It'll be alright Nancy. We'll find a doctor."

"No time." She croaked, her face growing whiter as her blood continued to drain from her.

"Don't give up Nancy." Hank cried.

"She's going to turn." Josie said almost hysterically, it was too similar to what happened to poor Lee, Josie wildly looked around, desperate to run before Nancy turned into one of those things. "We need to leave now."

"Josie, calm down." Pompey said putting an arm around her shoulder and looking around to make sure no more of those things were coming for them. "I don't like being out in the open like this."

"We need to find shelter." Brody agreed. He kept his eyes on Nancy, who was not moving anymore, Renee looked up at him and shook her head to let him know Nancy was gone.

"Get away from her Hank." Brody said as Renee stood up and backed away.

"It's my wife." Hank sobbed.

"We need to go, she's dead. We can't help her." Brody wanted them to leave before she got up and tried to kill them all, wanting to spare Hank that image.

"I'm not leaving her." Hank replied, bending over to kiss her lips. At the same time her eyes snapped open, once kind blue, now empty black, she grabbed Hank's head and bit his lips off. Hank started to scream and before any of them could do anything she chewed a hole in his neck. Brad stepped forward and shot her in the head, her feet twitched for a moment and then she moved no more. Hank was screaming.

"It's too late for him, we need to kill him to keep him from turning." Renee said calmly.

"What? No! That's murder." Rob spoke up.

"No That's mercy. He doesn't want to be like that." She said plainly pointing her gun at Hank's head, no one tried to stop her. She fired, flinching as he stopped crying. Renee took a step.

"Let's get out of here." She said and then threw up all over her own shoes, sickened at what she had done. Rob Took her arm and Brody led the way towards the airport, all of them terrified by what was to happen next, not knowing if it could get any worse.
