Everything I Own

As soon as the concert was over, Justin and Lance went up to the hospital while the rest of the guys headed back to the hotel. Justin walked quickly to Ambers room and once he reached her room, he stopped and looked in cautiously and then slowly walked in and pulled up a chair beside her bed and say down next to her softly rubbing her leg. He looked at her and took a deep breath trying to hold back the tears, “You know Amber I never in a million years thought something like this would happen to you. I wish it had happened to me and not you. I have so many things to tell you and now that noone is sure you gonna make it”tears start rolling down his face”then I guess this is the time I should tell you. I love you Amber. There I finally said it. Ive loved you from the moment I first saw you, but i've always been to shy to do anything about it, but if I could change things now then none of this would have happened to you and we would be together. You make me so happy. Anytime you’ve ever had a boyfriend, I felt so jealous wishing I could have been with you holding you in my arms and being the one kissing you, but now I don’t know if im ever gonna get that chance” His voice trailed off and he laid his head down on the bed beside her crying softly with his eyes closed. Amber’s eyes opened slightly and she kinda smiled and slowly reached down and brushed Justin’s face softly. He looked up smiling, “Amber your ok!!” Amber placed her finger over softly over his mouth and weakly said, “I love you too Justin” He smiled with tears still in his eyes and said, “ Shhhh don’t speak now, you need to rest. Ill stay with you ok?” Amber nodded slowly and shut her eyes and drifted off to sleep.

Meanwhile in Doris’ room Lance was sitting on the side of her bed holding her hand talking to her, “Doris I can’t believe this happened to you. I mean when we heard the accident I thought I was never gonna see you again. Im just so glad that I have this time to talk to you I mean even though you’re not exactly with it and all. God, im rambling again aren’t I? Well I just want you to know that I have so many feelings for you. I am so in love with you Doris, I have been for quite awhile. I need to have you in my life”starts crying” you mean the world to me. I need to be with you. You’re the one I need to wake up next to each morning and go to sleep with every night, although every night we may not be going straight to sleep but anyways I love you and I need you so you have to get better so we can be together” All of a sudden a nurse came in “Um sir she’s just sleeping, she’s gonna be just fine” Lance kind of blushed and looked over at Doris who was laying there with her eyes closed kinda smiling. Lance looked down and went to get up, but Doris reached out and grabbed his hand, “No wait” Lance stopped and looked back at her, “Lance I feel the same way for you” Lance smiled and sat back down beside her again and hugged her not letting go. Lance stayed there until she went to sleep.
