They meet

Hey everyone who has read so far. Thank you so much crazylittle bunny for reviewing! It meant a lot to know that you liked it so far. I hope you like this one just as well! Well here is # 2! Enjoy!

A week had past since Davey had arrived in Charleston and it was just amazing. Every morning he would take a little walk on the beach and enjoy the fresh morning air. He just couldn't get enough of it. He had started working on his songs for the next album and things were going nice so far. He still hadn't seen the cleaning lady yet. He wondered if she even existed to tell you the truth but, he new someone was there because the house always looked fresh and the dishes were put up once a week.

One morning Davey woke up and decided that he would stay in bed instead of going for a walk. He knew that the beach would be there anyways so stayed in and started walking towards the kitchen. He heard someone walking around downstairs and slowly walked in. He saw a figure bending over the sink.

"Whoever you are turn around slowly. I have a knife." He grabbed the knife on the kitchen sink and the figure turned around. When they turned around he saw a wide-eyed blond with big blue eyes. "Who are you?" Davey asked holding the knife in his right hand.

"Um....my name is Chloe...I am the house cleaner. Did the Johnsons not tell you who I am?" The girl said in a panicky voice.

"Oh goodness! Your the cleaner! I am so sorry....?"

"Chloe."

"Chloe, oh gosh! I feel terrible. I didn't mean to freak you out. I guess I never saw you because every time you came in here I was at the beach. My name is Davey. It's nice to meet you." He said reaching out his hand. Chloe walked forward slowly and shook his hand. He then turned around and started making coffee.

"Would you like a cup of coffee, Chloe?" Davey asked while pouring water into the coffee maker.

"Yes actually I would love a cup if you don't mind." Chloe said while putting up some of the dishes. When the coffee was done Davey motioned for Chloe to come and sit down at the table and she sat down.

"So Chloe where are you from?" Davey asked after a few moments of silence.

"I was born in California and then moved here to go to the College of Charleston." Chloe replied. "How about you? What are you doing in South Carolina."

"I am actually here for a couple of months. I write music." Davey replied hoping that she didn't know he was.

"Oh that is pretty cool. I wish I could write music. I tried, it doesn't really work for me." Chloe replied laughing. Davey laughed too and nodded. After they are done with there coffee Chloe gets back up and starts cleaning up any excess stuff and makes her way towards upstairs. "Well Davey, it was nice meeting you. I am just going to finish up upstairs then leave. I hope to see you again." Davey looks up at her and smiles.

"It was nice meeting you too Chloe. I am sure we will see more of eachother!" Chloe smiles and disappers around the corner. Davey kept his eyes on the top of the stairs and smiles. 'She is one of the most beautiful people I have ever seen. And she was sweet.' Davey thought to himself as he got up and made his way to the back doors where the steps lead out to the beach.

Chloe was done with her chores that she had left and was making her way down the stairs. She looked up and saw Davey sitting on the sand just outside the house. 'Why does he look so sad?' Chloe thought to herself as she opened up the doors and made her way down the steps.

When she got close enough to Davey he turned around and she saw a couple of tears running down his face. "Are you okay?" Chloe asked, instantly regreating it because of course he wasn't okay if he was crying. Davey nodded and turned his face away from her and wiped his tears away. She came and stood next to him and placed her hand on his shoulder. He grabbed her hand and intertwined his fingers with hers. She sat down next to him and didn't say anything. They sat like that for hours just looking at the water crashing its waves onto the sand.
