Black Infinity (Don't you wish, You couldn't wish)

There they were, the campus’s most talked about couple. Diana sat between Jake’s legs as they studied under a huge tree. Well it was more like she was trying to study as he nibbled on her neck. As other students walked by, pointing and sometimes giggling, Diana reminded herself and Jake that they just don’t understand the things that they’ve been through.

“Baby, as long as we’re together and happy and…” she stopped to turn around and looked into his eyes.

“And as long as I take my medication…” he gave Diana a smirk, “it’s ok, really you can say it, I don’t mind… you’re my girlfriend and I want you to feel comfortable around me.” he gave her a quick kiss on the lips before hearing the bell for their next classes and going their separate ways.

As Diana walked to her next class she remembered the little joke Jake had played on her. Right after they got back together Jake pulled things out of a bag behind her, she almost shit herself when she saw what he was holding. Masking tape and some ties, she remembered that as she was about to get up and run, Jake started laughing whilst saying ‘oh, you should have see your face, come on I’m kidding’ then he made out with her. She still sometimes had doubts about their relationship, but she would never tell him that.

Hot mac ‘n’ cheese sat on the stove in a pan, Diana thought she would make dinner tonight for herself and Jake. They had bought a small house on campus to live in because as Jake had put it ‘they were together now so it just made sense to live together also’.

“Honey I’m home,” she heard Jake say this as he chuckled, “oh, that never gets old.” He had stayed at a class a little longer because he tutored some of the younger students.

Diana mumbled to herself, “yes, it most certainly does get old…” Jake entered the small kitchen, so she put on a smile “Hey, baby I made some…” but her smile quickly faded.

“oh, ah…we all ordered pizza back at the school so… I’m gonna go take a shower, but ah…later I’ll see you in bed right babe, and why don’t you put on something sexy…” he continued to say things as he went upstairs but Diana stopped listening.

She sat down at the small breakfast table, began to watch the news, and ate her dinner alone. Suddenly she caught a glimpse of two men on the news, who looked very familiar. She turned the volume up and listened to the reporter.

‘That’s right Sue, these boys are now on the run and in very well known bands, Mikey Way, a bass player in My Chemical Romance and Pete Wentz, also a bass player but for another band called Fall Out Boy. Their cell mates and other prisoners had stated that they had to break out of jail soon because of some unfinished business they have with some girl that they’ve toured with….’ the news reporter went on but Diana had stopped hearing her, she stared at the TV while a mac ‘n’ cheese fell out of her mouth.
