Chapter 2 The discovery

“Ted Ted for god’s sake” Cody yelled over the music, turning around to find Cody stood at the hotel door “What the hell man come get a drink and chill the fuck out”

“Ted its Matt”

“What about Matt”

“You need to come now”

“Seriously Cody can’t you see I’m busy” bending down to steal a kiss “now Ted”

As Cody drags me down the corridor I haven’t a clue what’s going on we stop at an open room a few of the guys standing outside. Next thing I’m on the floor struggling to get up a high rate Jeff Hardy raining punches down on my face “what the fuck get off me you nutter what the fuck is your problem”

“I knew you were bad when he told me about you, just like your dad you pick people up and pay them off no matter who you hurt”

“Jeff I aint a clue what the hell you are going on about if this is about Matt it’s not my fault” standing against the wall to steady myself.

I can see Jeff is desperate to get out of Dave’s grip “not your fault you go in that fucking room and you tell me that, that aint your fault” tears are falling from his eyes; I don’t understand what I’ve done.

I can see all eyes are on me as Jeff stinks to the floor head in his hands, the hands that were just round my throat. I turn to Cody “what the fuck is going on” as I walk into the room I see, I don’t know what I see I stumble lean against Cody to stop me hitting the floor the alcohol surging through my veins making my head spin “Matty Matt, what the hell Matt” I sink down to the floor next to the man I love next to my life, the tears are falling as Cody hands me a piece of paper there are 5 words written on it
