Chapter 24

David’s apartment

“I’m not sure I’m gonna be able to manage it like this,” David said apologetically, his wilting erection slipping free of James’s channel. He sat back on his heels behind James and stared at James’ ass.

James rolled onto his side to look up at him.

“Still hurting?”

“Yeah, especially when I move,” David said. “They bounce too much.”

“It’s okay,” James said. “We don’t have to…”

“No, I want to, Baby…”

David lay down on his back. “Let’s try it like this. Straddle me.”

James knelt either side of David’s thighs and wrapped his fingers around the semi-erect member.

“I’m sorry, James…” David was embarrassed.

“Don’t be, Davy,” James whispered, bending down to kiss him. “There’s nothing to apologise for.”

They kissed tenderly as James started to work David’s erection between his fingers. He could soon feel it swelling in his hand.

“I love you,” James breathed between kisses.

“I want you,” David replied.

James sat up and looked down at his own hand and the prize it contained. David was rigid once more. James got into position and eased down onto David’s turgid flesh.

David sighed.

“Oh, yeah!”

James began to move, slowly at first.

“Mmm,” David murmured. “Touch yourself, Baby. I wanna watch you…”

James began to stroke himself, making a show of it to please his lover. He knew how much David enjoyed watching him get himself off.

As his own excitement grew James picked up the pace and pushed down harder onto David’s erection as David thrust up to meet him on each downward stroke.

“Urgh!” David groaned. James paused. That didn’t sound good.

James felt David start to soften inside him.

“Shit! This isn’t gonna work,” David said, lifting James out of his lap. “I’m so sorry, Baby. I told you I was gonna be useless to you tonight.”

James lay down beside him and wrapped his arms around David.

“You could never be that, Darling,” James whispered. “I love you too much to ever think that.”

James pulled him close and poured all his love into a single kiss.

He only ended the kiss when he felt something wet on his cheek. Tears. David’s tears…

“Darling, what’s wrong?” James asked. “Are you in a lot of pain? Maybe we should get you to a doctor.”

He hadn’t seemed to be in that much discomfort earlier when James had made good on his promise to kiss him better. David was obviously tender but he’d seemed to enjoy the tongue bath James had given him. James guessed the bouncing had made the pain worse.

David was burying his head against James’s shoulder.

“I wanted to make love to you…” he sobbed. “You must be so disappointed in me.”

“David, look at me, please!” James said. “It’s not your fault you’re too sore to make love. Jeez, even if it was it wouldn’t change the way I feel. You don’t have to do anything more than hold me. I’m happy like this.”

David looked at him. James smiled reassuringly. He wasn’t sure David believed him.

“Tell me you love me, Davy. Please… That’s all I need…”

“I do,” David mumbled. “Oh, James, I do! I love you so much… I wanted to show you just how much…”

“You don’t have to. I can see it in your face,” James whispered. “I love you…”

“But it’s our first night living together. We have to do it… We can’t not make love. It’d be like not having sex on your wedding night,” David said.

“Oh, you heard about my wedding, did you?” James chuckled.

David frowned but didn’t say anything.

“Let’s get cleaned up then and we can spend all night sucking each other,” James suggested.

David looked thoughtful.

“No, I know!” David exclaimed. “You take me.”

Shit! James hadn’t been expecting that!
