*chaese butterflies*

-The Next Morning-

LeeTeuk woke up and felt significantly better than when he had gone to sleep the prior night. Glad for no nightmares, he looked over at KangIn and smiled, giving the young man a butterfly kiss on the cheek. Kangin had actually slept that night, he hadn't planned to, but woke up to a kiss on the cheek. "Good morning," he said groggily. LeeTeuk laughed, "morning." He looked at the clock, "wow... we slept in late." He told KangIn. "did you sleep well?" He asked. KangIn nodded his head, shifted position and closed his eyes again. "I don't wanna know what time it is" He muttered into the pillow. LeeTeuk laughed, pouncing (and totally going over) KangIn, so it just ended up with LeeTeuk's arm over KangIn's back. "You're always so sleepy in the morning." He smirked. Going up to his ear, he whispered, "KangIn... wake up huh?" as sexy as he could. "What," He asked the pillow. "I wanna sleep..." LeeTeuk frowned, placing another kiss right at the hairline on KangIn's neck. "whyyy? I don't. As hyung, I say get up." He whined. KangIn got a chill from the kiss on his neck. He put his hand over his neck, not willing to bare his weak spot to an enemy. LeeTeuk screeched (very much like that of a little girl) as he tried to get to KangIn's neck again. "Found it!" He exclaimed, laughing. "I found your weak spot!" He tried to pry off KangIn's hands, but to no avail. After that, he sat down, defeated and pouting. Not knowing what else to do, he let himself fall onto KangIn's back. KangIn, now satisfied that LeeTeuk had given up, let his hand slacken as he drifted off to sleep. LeeTeuk grinned and placed a quick kiss on the younger singer's neck again, this time though, it was after he held down KangIn's hands. "What!?" KangIn asked, pinned down and his weak spot vulnerable. LeeTeuk laughed, straddling KangIn so he couldn't move more. He placed another kiss to KangIn's neck. KangIn shuddered, "Stop it, hyung," he complained, trying to free his hands to cover his neck. LeeTeuk pouted, but stopped nonetheless, deciding to rest on KangIn's back. He started tracing invisible circles on KangIn's shoulder blade. KangIn quickly brought his hand to cover his neck, even though LeeTeuk had stopped. He tried to cover the scar, knowing LeeTeuk would ask if he saw it. The scar was long, thick and quiet gory but most of the time it was covered by the collar of his shirts, though sometimes it would show partially. LeeTeuk glanced up at KangIn, noticing his hand moved. "What is it?" He asked, poking KangIn's hand. "Nothing..." KangIn said, making sure is hand was firmly planted. LeeTeuk looked at him and then to his hand on his neck. Silently, he tried to pull the hand off, almost succeeding before KangIn placed it back down quickly. "huh?" He asked, eye level with the hand as if he could see through it that way. "I thought I saw something..." He told KangIn, trying to move the hand again. "You saw nothing!" KangIn had raised his voice and moved out from under LeeTeuk. "Just mind your own business," he said coldly, not intending to sound so mean. he stood up and walked towards the door, pulling the collar of his shirt up to cover the scar. LeeTeuk watched KangIn about to leave, a quizzical look on the leader's face. Quickly and stealthily, LeeTeuk got up and locked the door before KangIn could leave. "KangIn... what was that? I know I saw something." He told the younger singer, standing in the doorway. "I've told you've everything..." He looked at KangIn's chest instead of in his eyes. "...but I'm wondering how much you've told me."

"There's nothing to tell LeeTeuk," KangIn's voice had become soft, and he brought his hand up to caress the older man's face. LeeTeuk moved his head out of the way, and went to KangIn's backside and (choked him) pulled down the backside of the collar, seeing the scar before KangIn had the chance to cover it. "What the hell!" KangIn said, pulling himself away from LeeTeuk. He backed himself into the wall to make sure LeeTeuk could not surprise him like that again. 'I beg of you...don't ask me about it, hyung..." KangIn prayed silently to himself, knowing that it was futile. LeeTeuk looked at him angrily. "The day I won't ask about it is the day you forget I told you my past." He told KangIn, anger rising because KangIn really wasn't being fair-he wasn't the only one in the house with a past that didn't need to be shared. KangIn closed his eyes and felt himself slide along the wall until he reached the ground. He felt the hands of time stop, then rewind to a time he did not want to be. He took a deep breath, then sighed. "My mother, the one all of you guys have met...." KangIn paused and took a deep breath, "She's not my mom. She's wonderful.......she's an amazing step-mom, we've been together since I was 12 years old...." KangIn had to stop again, then urged himself to continue, "But MY mother... my real one....she hated me from the instant I was born..... I don't know why....but it took her twelve years to decide that I shouldn't be alive....she took a...." KangIn had to pause and rest his head against the wall. Tears were freely flowing down his face by now, but he didn't care. LeeTeuk sat down next to KangIn and wrapped his arms around him, he wanted KangIn to finish the story, but he didn't want him to feel alone. So then, LeeTeuk thought to himself, I'm not the only one with a step-parent. KangIn sobbed into LeeTeuk's chest and when he regained his composure, he started again, "I was outside, playing on the swing set we had," KangIn was calm now, detached from the horror of his own past. "My mother took the ax we had, my dad had me practice chopping wood even though we had a heater, and swung it at my neck, hoping it would kill me. My father had just come home and he saw her do it. He rushed me to the hospital and then came back for my mother. To this day she's still in that mental institute," KangIn finished, fingering the scar that nearly ended his life. LeeTeuk's eyes widened in horror. An axe? That was extreme... He continued to hold on, not completely knowing what to say until it came to him: the thing he was relieved for was his mother coming home at the right time... "At least your father came home in time." He said, wincing as he realized it didn't sound as comforting as he hoped it would.

"You don't understand, hyung..." KangIn stood up and distanced himself from LeeTeuk. "I love my mother with all my heart. I'd do anything for her, so it troubles me to know that I'm a burden to her." KangIn sat on the bed and averted his eyes from LeeTeuk. "I still sometimes go to the mental institute at night, they let me in because they know me, just to watch her. If she knew I was there.... I don't even know what would happen." By now KangIn had pulled out his wallet and was holding a picture of his mother. LeeTeuk watched KangIn and gave him a small smile. "You were able to forgive her for doing that to you? It wasn't your fault she did it." He told KangIn. He needed to shut up. He was sounding like a counselor now..."I know, but without her, I wouldn't be here. I mean you could go see her. She's completely sane, except for when it comes to me. They're talking about releasing her, they said I'm the only one who could keep her in, but she's a wonderful person. I want her out."

"Even if she's the one who got you here, she will still want to kill you, won't she?" LeeTeuk asked, not quite understanding how KangIn could willingly want her out... he'd never want his father out of jail. "Who's to say she'd come after me? I've changed my name, moved to a new house, and I don't look like I did when I was twelve. She wouldn't know me, so she'd be free to live her life the way she wants," KangIn replied, laying back on the bed, daydreaming about his mother getting out.

LeeTeuk smiled. "I get it... That's why, even after YeSung changed his name, you took a different name too, right?" He went to KangIn and sat next to him, leaning his head on his shoulder. "Yeah..." KangIn replied dreamily. He shook himself out of his daydream. "Ok...we're even now... no more playing that I-told-you-so-you-tell-me card, alright?"

LeeTeuk nodded as way of saying okay. "It's a deal." He told KangIn, patting him on the back. KangIn tilted his head back and closed his eyes, relieved that he finally got it off of his chest. "You don't think less of me do you?" He asked, giving LeeTeuk and sidelong glance. "No," LeeTeuk replied, giving him a genuine smile. He patted KangIn on the back, "I'll admit I'm a little more confused about you, but I don't think less of you." he said with a laugh. He rested his head on KangIn's shoulder again. KangIn resisted the urge to kiss LeeTeuk on the forehead. 'He doesn't even know how crazy about him I am...' he thought to himself.

LeeTeuk looked up at KangIn. "You.... do you have any one you love?" He inquired, curiosity written all over his face. To raise KangIn's curiosity, he told the younger singer, "I do..." He leaned his head back down on KangIn's shoulders with a childish grin, as if he had gotten away with something bad. "You could say I do.......Why?" KangIn asked, getting tired, so he laid back onto the bed.
