night time talks

Carrie pov





The silence was deafening for Carrie as she was forced to sit around the small table on the bus, Kelly sitting next to her in a very small pair of shorts wasn't helping either. Jason sat with a big smile on his face and Carrie was sure she knew the reason for it.



'Good night?......'Carrie felt Kelly nudge her under the table as she questioned Jason.



'Oh yea.......'Jason's smile got bigger but quickly disappeared as Ashley shot him a look.



'So you got a concert tonight?.......' Ashley focused the conversation back on Carrie.



'Tomorrow night.........we start travelling after lunch.........'Carrie turned her attention to Kelly. ' that's if you want to I mean.....'



'I want to....'Kelly smiled back at her.



'Well I don't.......' Ashley stood making Jason stand too. ' my kid needs saving.......'



'Cool well you run home and take care of the baby and ill stay here and make sure things run smoothly.......'Kelly and Carrie both leaned back in their chairs as Jason tried to convince his girlfriend to let him stay.



'You can get to the back of the bus and pack your bags........and while your at it pack mine too.........' Carrie couldn't help but smile at the playfulness of the couple.



'Is she that bossy in bed?........'Carrie quickly dodged her wife's hand as she quizzed her brother in law.



'Probably not as bossy as your wife.........' Jason screwed his face up as he finished talking.



'Yea.......forgot I was your sister there didn't you........' Jason nodded. ' And you also forgot we were in the bus last night when you and my best friend decided to play bunk fun.......' Kelly turned her attention towards Ashley who just shrugged.



'Years of hearing you and your wife playing it.......lets just call this payback........'



'He's my brother........''



'My boyfriend......'Ashley smiled proudly.



'See that....'Jason leaned in to talk to Carrie. 'My girl being all proud cause she's with me......'



'Yea right......'Carrie leaned in. 'She's proud cause she's just won an argument against your sister......' Carrie turned back to watch her wife try win back the argument with her best friend.



'I'm married......ha......got your there........'Kelly was now helping Ashley pack as they fought.



'We have a baby together.......beat that.......' Ashley unpacked the the bag Kelly had packed before neatly putting it back in the bag.



'My wife's hotter than your boyfriend......'Carrie couldn't help but smirk, her wife thought she was hot.



'Hey.....standing here.....'Jason stood with a face full of cake.



'Yea very attractive......'Carrie smirked.



'Ashley.......'Jason complained. 'defend me.....' Ashley rolled her eyes as she made her way towards her boyfriend.



'Your making it hard for me to do so baby......'Ashley wiped the cake from her boyfriends mouth.





Kelly's pov





Kelly made her way towards the back of the bus, she had just said goodbye to Jason and Ashley. Her and Carrie were finally alone and Kelly knew it wasn't going to be easy. Carrie was still looking like a deer caught in headlights every time Kelly said something to her.



'Car......' Kelly opened the bedroom door to find her wife laying across the bed, her ear phones blocking out any noise. 'Carrie?......' Sneaking up to her as quietly as she could Kelly wrapped her arms around the country girls shoulders causing her to jump.



'You scared me......'Carrie smiled gently at her wife as she felt her hands slide down her arms as she leaned over her.



'What you listening to?.........'



'You........' Carrie held her ipod up for Kelly to see.



'Your listening to me?.......'Kelly lay over her wife's body as she rested her chin on her shoulder.



'I do it from time to time........'Carrie closed her eyes as she felt her wife's body fit perfectly over her own. The need for her was strong inside Carrie and any contact they had was driving her crazy.



'Got anything new on it?........'Kelly moved Carrie's hair from her shoulder as she left a gentle kiss on the exposed skin.



'You haven't really let me hear any of your new stuff..........' Carrie's voice was quiet as she answered her wife.



'It's all on my lap top.......You know just to look when you want........'



'I know.....'Carrie admitted quietly. ' I saw when I used you lap top before..........'



'When you saw the chat?.......'Kelly quizzed.



'Yea.....'Carrie admitted quietly. 'Are....are we going to talk about that?......'



'Now?......'Kelly sighed as she moved to off her wife till she was laying beside her.



'I don't know.......but I think we should talk about it........' Kelly knew Carrie was right, but a big part of her just wanted to start afresh. The selfish part of her didn't want to open up to Carrie. To admit to her wife her true feelings.



'Well.....i was thinking since you don't have to preform tonight we could maybe go out........like to dinner or something.........'



'Like a date.........'



'Well......yea......i mean if you want to that is.......'



'Like just you and me........'



'No I thought we would invite the band........' Kelly joked.



'Can I pick the restaurant?.........'



'Will there be food there......cause last time you picked there wasn't any food. .....'



'there was food......' Carrie laughed.



'Yea for an la girl.......us Texan girls need a little more than a spoon full........'





Flashback





'OK this place is way to posh for us.........' Kelly looked around the restaurant in amazement.



'Baby no place is to posh for you.....hell your too good for here........'Carrie smiled lovingly at her wife as they stood waiting to be seated.



'You just want to get lucky tonight........'Carrie could only smirk at her wife.

Kelly tried her best not to look at her wife as they waited for the food to arrive but Carrie was making it very hard for her.



'Your being a tease........' Kelly whispered as she waited for the waiter appear.



'And by the look on your face I can tell your enjoying it.......'Carrie ran her foot over Kelly's once again as the waiter appeared at the table.



'enjoy ladies.......'Carrie couldn't help but giggled at the shocked look on her wife's face as the waiter walked away.



'He forgot the food........'Kelly held her plate up for Carrie to see.



''It's there baby......try looking harder..........'



'This plate is empty......if your talking about this green stuff in the middle......I think it's left overs........they gave me someone else's plate........' Kelly complained.



'Honey........'



'We are so hitting a drive though after this.........' Kelly interrupted.



'OK.....'Carrie giggled. ' but can you try the food here first......im sure you'll like it..'



'Ok.............but start playing footsie with me again.....i'll need some sort of distraction.........'





End Of Flashback.





Carrie's pov.





'And you loved the food......'Carrie commented as she rolled onto her back.



'Loved the drive though more.....'Kelly added as she lay her head down on Carrie's stomach, 'and if I remember correctly I loved the reward you gave me when I got home........'



'If I remember correctly I was the one getting the reward that night.......' Carrie ran her hand through Kelly's hair.



'Yea well what's yours is mine........'



'So tonight?......'Carrie asked as silence filled the room.



'Tonight.......you pick the meal i'll pick the entertainment for after..........' Kelly left a kiss on Carrie's stomach before standing.



'Entertainment?......'Carrie asked with a smile.



'Yea......think your up for it?.......'Kelly was flirting now.



'Never backed away from a challenge..........' Carrie flirted back.



'We'll see.....'Kelly smiled as she left the room, leaving Carrie alone in the small bedroom.
