Benji's suprise
Chapter 4
*Joel
I wasn’t sure what I heard. I’m just not…I want to believe that I herd Benji. But I don’t think I did. Even if I didn’t think it was he, but I rapped my arms around him, praying it was Benji. He had a big smile on his face, so that made me smile. Well after about and hour, I figured if it was he, he was just sleeping, or whatever happens in a coma. Or it was Billy, but I’m sure it wasn’t, Billy doesn’t make that kind of noise, and I know he wouldn’t want to get my hopes up.
*Benji
”Hmm” I said, when I was still in the room with Billy, oh how do I love him so? Right now, I’m laying in a bed, its nothing fancy, or anything, and I have my head on Billy’s chest. He’s so nice, and beautiful. I need him, to survive. I don’t need Joel, or Mom anymore, or my dad. But I’m trying to forget about that. Right now, all I need is Billy. I could stare at him all day, and he wouldn’t even mind. He’s taught me to relive my self, I love Billy so much, more then I’ve loved any one before. I only need Billy, and Billy only needs me. Now I’m starting to panic… everything around me is getting dark. I can’t see Billy anymore. Could be that I’m dieing? I don’t want to die, without Billy knowing I love him. “BILLY! BILLY, WERE ARE YOU! WHERE THE FUCK IS YOU?” I scream at the top of my lungs, I’m not sure if anyone can hear me! I NEED MY LOVE! I NEED BILLY!
*Joel
“BILLY! BILLY, WERE ARE YOU! WHERE THE FUCK IS YOU?” he screamed. It made me so sad, that he didn’t call out for me. Fuck I’m starting to cry! Billy, in the back of the room, looking as hot as ever, is sitting in a chair with his legs crossed, bouncing his top leg up and down, and sucking on his lip ring when this happened. He was just as shocked as I was. I could tell.
” Benji?” he asked.
“ BILLY? I THOUGHT YOU WERE GONE! I CANT SEE ANYTHING!” he screamed. Billy comes over and takes the cloth that was around his head, and puts it just over his eyes.
” Benji?” I asked.
” What the fuck do you want asshole? Huh? Are you going to stick up for Dad again?” he said.
” Benji, what the fuck is you talking about? I hate that bastard just as much as you do!” I scream, and I start to cry.
” Benji. You were in a coma; your brother didn’t do anything for your dad! Trust me, I was here, right by your side, and his, for the past couple weeks. I’ve only been home once to get clothes!” said Billy, I’m so grateful that he said that, or I don’t think Benji would be talking to me any time soon. Benji lifted his back up, so he’s basically sitting right now. He tells me to come closer so I do, and he gives me a hug saying
“ When I was in a coma, I seen Dad, he said he was watching TV, but he wasn’t, he was just staring at nothing!” he was starting to cry. I told him to shut the fuck up, cause he left, and you came, and you were standing up for him, and it made me sad! Then Mom came, but before she came, I told you to shut the fuck up too! I guess she heard or some shit. But she gave me a hug, and then she slapped me, then I started running, and that’s when I seen Billy.” He was chocking on his words now” It looked like I was gliding, but he wasn’t getting an closer, and then he just started running after him, saying to stop and come here, and he said to go home, and then I seen this beautiful building, it was like silver and it was just so beautiful. Billy ran inside, so I fallowed. I seen he was cutting himself, he said he wasn’t a cutter, and said it flew up his wrist, and he told me to try it, he said it was fun, and relived pain, so I tried it, and it felt like it did relive my pain! Then after I was done, then we started to kiss, and then make out, I guess I really liked it, then it was like everything was ok when I was around him, and we were just lying on a bed, and cutting ourselves for like days, and… and… and… I told him I loved him! He said that he loved me back, and it made me so happy. I really do love you Billy,” he said, in Billy’s direction
” I love you too Benji, and I love you too Joel, I love you both more then anything!” said Billy, he was starting to cry, and went to Benji, and gave him a kiss on the lips.
” Uh… Benji, I kind of have something to tell you…” I stutter
” Yah, what is it?” said Benji
” Well… I love you too.” I said
” I love you too Joel.” He said
” I mean more then a brother, I stare at you every chance I get, call me a stalker, but I still love you no matter what” I said.
” Well…I told you I love you too, and I don’t mean just in a brother, come over here and kiss me, my lovely stalker you!” he said, and I obeyed, I kissed my brother, and I felt tremendous!
” I’ll be right back, I have to call mom! To tell her you’re alive! I say and step out of the room.
* Billy
I go over to Benji, I’m so happy he’s alive, it makes me even happier, what he said when he woke up, and that he loves me and I love him too!
“ Benji, I love you so much, I’m so happy you’re alive!
” Oh thanks Billy, I love you too! So much!” he said to me, and he was starting to blush. I went over to kiss him, and he wanted acceptance to explore my mouth… acceptance granted. We broke off the kiss, once we heard heels clinking in the waiting room, coming towards this room, I’m guessing it was Robin, and it was better to be safer then sorry. It’s a good thing we did break off the kiss, or else Robin would have seen us. Right after Robin came in, the doctors did too. They told me that I had to leave with Joel, who came in when Robin did, but Robin could stay. So Joel and me left the Benji’s room.
*Joel
”I didn’t know you loved Benji…” he said.
” I do, I love him a lot.” I responded.
” Oh, that’s cool, but uh… I…uh…kind of…well…I love him too.” Said Billy. So I grabbed him, and gave him a big, tight hug, and gave him a kiss. Well the doctors let Billy and me inside Benji’s room, and they told us on the way out, that he’d be leaving in less then a week.
” Hey Benji! It’s going to be fun with you home! It’ll be soon!” I say jumping up and down.
” It’s a good thing its summer! We only have about 2 weeks left, so I’m sure that you’ll be ok by then!” said Billy, to Benji. I’m so happy he gets to go home soon! It was about 5:00 AM now. And Benji made us goes back to my house. So Billy and me walked back home, because Mom went back to work a couple hours ago. We left him, but first giving him a kiss, both of us, and we left. Billy, and me were walking to my house, and Billy said
” We need to get something for Benji. He’s been in the hospital for so long, and I think we should get something for him, like a coming home present.”
” Hmm…your right Billy!” and I kissed on the neck, for being so thoughtful for Benji.
” Hmm… I know! Can’t you play the guitar?” I asked.
” Uh… yah… I do, you know that!” he said.
“ Well… let’s get him a guitar too! He’s told me he’s always wanted to play the guitar.” I said
” Ok! Lets get him a guitar. But how are we going to pay for it?” he asked.
” Well, I’ve been working lately, and I’ve got some money. Around $150 I think.” I say.
” Ok, we will go to the pawn shop later, and I’ll get some money, so I will pay for exactly half of it. Ok?” he said. He’s so cute. He put a smile on my face.
”Ok, sure, but how will you get the money?” I asked.
”You’ll see. Tomorrow I’ll get the money when you see Benji, and I’ll get it.” He said. I just started to kiss him, I very long, and passionate kiss. We got back to my house, and we both crashed on the couch. I just out my arm around him, and we both just fell asleep.

I got up early, as usual, it was about 7:25 AM already. I got out some paper and a pen, I was lucky to find some, and I wrote down
Hey Joel,
I wanted to let you know that I’m leaving right now {about 7:30} and I’m going to get some money. It might not be all today, but hopefully so. Well don’t tell Benji about the guitar, and if he asks about me, just give him a kiss for me, and tell him he looks hot as usual, and tell him I love him, and also tell him, that I was going over to Aaron or Paul’s house, to tell them that you woke up or something. I’m not going to, I’ll tell you how I made the money later. I love you [and I’ll give you a kiss before I leave]

I folded the note, and kissed it, and then put it on Joel’s lap, and gave him a kiss. Now, off to my house to get my guitar, hopefully my dad is passed out drunk, or at some bar. Well, I went out of the house, and started walking to my house to get my old blue transparent finish mini dreadnought its pretty old, I got it at a pawn shop myself, I have a lot of stickers on them though, like rancid, silver chair and a lot others. Finally, I got home, I opened the door, and not to my surprise, find my dad drunk, and passes out. I grab my dreadnought and I left to go to the streets, best be bringing my guitar case, and I walk down to the main street, and start singing, while having my guitar case open and playing my guitar.

I did more songs, the other ones I sang were Heart Shaped Box, Dead and Bloated, Dumb Dumb Boys, When I Come Around, and also Red Hot Moon. In all I did very well! I made $73 dollars, and it was five, so not that late. I dropped my guitar at Joel, and Benji’s house, just in case I didn’t make enough money. Then, I went to the hospital to see my loves.
