Old Flames Die Hard

Gerard woke up the next morning sweaty and shaking. He had a dream that Bert had come to his house seemingly to make up with him, only to find out that Bert really was only there to murder him. He woke up just before Bert could sink the knife into his heart.

He quickly realized he was not alone however when he went to pull the covers over his head but noticed Frank’s tattooed arms wrapped around him keeping him still like a straight jacket. “Frankie,” he whispered, “Frankie, wake up.” He felt Frank yawn and pull away from him enough so he could turn around to face his guitarist. “Frank, what are you doing in my bed?”

“God Gee I’m sorry but we could hear you whimpering in your sleep for hours last night and I know how you get when you’re alone…so I came in and as soon as I wrapped my arms around you, you stopped whimpering and slept peacefully. I just didn’t want you to wake up alone to your thoughts. I hate that you’ve been so down lately. I just wanted you to feel loved.”

Gerard felt like crying all over again. It’d been so long since he’d felt loved. Sure he knew his family and his band mates loved him, but it just wasn’t the same as the romantic type love that he had with Bert. He missed the feeling of being completed by another…there was nothing else that could compare to the feeling of knowing you are as close to that person as any two people can get. It was at this point that Gerard lost control of his body; without even thinking about what he was doing he leaned in and kissed Frank hard and long. Frank was shocked, but somewhere in the back of his mind he knew that Gerard needed this; he needed to feel complete and loved. Frank didn’t mind being used like this, he knew his and Gerard’s friendship was strong enough to stay the same as before, even if they did cross this line.

Frank deepened the kiss, slipping his tongue past Gerard’s lips and pulling him closer to his body. The front man sighed into Frank’s mouth and caressed the guitarist’s tongue with his own. Gerard rolled over onto his back pulling Frank on top of him before pulling off both of their shirts. He ground up into Frank making them both moan loudly and claw at each other’s jeans which had long become too restrictive and tight. Soon Frank and Gerard were left grinding against each other both naked and ready for more.

As Gerard kissed Frank with a fervor usually reserved for cheesy porn movies, he reached over to the table beside his bed and dove his hand into the drawer rooting around for a moment before he felt his hand close around what he was looking for. Pulling it out he brought his arm back to the bed and pressed the small bottle of lube into Frank’s hand silently asking for what he wanted. Understanding the wordless request Frank pulled away from Gerard and poured some lube on his fingers before positioning himself between Gerard’s legs. Frank searched Gerard’s eyes for a long moment making sure this was what the vocalist wanted. All doubt was squashed when he heard Gerard whisper huskily “Please, Frankie, I need this.” The guitarist moved to prepare Gerard kissing him every few moments to help take his mind off the slight pressure he was causing. Gerard whimpered when he felt Frank’s fingers leave him and grabbed onto Frank’s shoulders to make sure he wouldn’t leave him. “It’s okay Gerard, I’m here,” he heard Frank whisper, and then with one quick thrust he was completed.


A/N: OOOO BET YOU DIDN'T SEE THAT ONE COMING!! HeHe...wasn't going to have any Frerard in this one but last night the sentence where Gerard pushes the lube into Frank's hand and silently requests the need for completion just came into my head and I knew I needed to use it. Sorry the chapters are so short guys. This one was gonna be longer, but once I wrote the last sentence I really liked the idea of leaving it there and not compromising the intensity of it by describing the whole encounter. Please don't hate me!!
