Chapter 4

Everyone turned to look at the door. This was the first time anyone had seen Tooru was happy. "Well, it's about time to show up. What took you so long?" he asked grinning from his best and only friend. Toshiya was glaring at the boy who was standing at the door and yawned again.

"Shinya Terachi?" Daisuke asked, uncertain, and for some reason turned his head down, avoiding Shinya's gaze. "Okay, sit down..."

Shinya sat down next to Tooru and put his mathematics book on his desk. Kaoru and Daisuke were both watching Shinya curiously. They hadn't seen Shinya Terachi this close this whole time in his new school and he really was different than others. His hair was black and very long and he had long bang, hanging in front of his eyes. He was also very thin, almost anorectic. It worried both Kaoru and Daisuke. Didn't Shinya get food at home?

"I went to bathroom", Shinya told Tooru and then looked at his teachers, furrowing his eyebrows, asking annoyed: "Why the heck there are two teachers? I thought that there'll be only one."

"Hah, I don't know what that other geek is doing here", Tooru hissed.

"I am here because Yoshiki told me to", Daisuke said quietly. "My name is Daisuke Andou. But... I guess you already know who I am..."

Toshiya watched Daisuke for a moment, before he said: "Oh yeah, Kei said that you are the guy who always cries like a baby. Everyone knows you very well."

Daisuke blushed but he didn't say anything. He started to act like he didnt't hear a thing Toshiya said. Kaoru looked at Toshiya angrily and tapped the pointer. Toshiya sighed heavily and started to eat his gum he had found from his school uniform's pocket.

Shinya eyed Daisuke and Kaoru quietly, touching his tall hair. "Aren't we gonna study here? Because if we aren't, I won't just sit here. I have much more interesting things to do", he then said rudely.

"Of course we are studying!" Kaoru hissed. "But without any material. What should we do? Hmm... You three will make a test. Don't you agree, Dai?"

"A test from what?" Tooru asked irritated. "Well, it doesn't matter what it is about, because I know nothing about anything."

Next day Kaoru and Daisuke gave back the tests. Tooru sighed heavily immediately and buried his face to his desk when Kaoru gave him his test. "FUCK!" he shouted. "I can't be this stupid!!!"

"Sorry, but you really are that stupid. And that means we are meeting very often, studying", Kaoru sighed, also not happy about it at all. He couldn't stand that brat any longer! He wanted to get rid of these boys, now.

"Yeah! I'm good! I got nine points! Yahoo!" Toshiya laughed.

"The maxim point was fifty!" Daisuke said right away.

"Do you always have to ruin everything?!" Toshiya sighed disappointed and creased his test, throwing it to trash. "I can't do anything right. I suck."

"You should concentrate more in studying and less in eating gum", Kaoru suggested.

"The rescuer of the day is Shinya with twentyseven points", Daisuke said expressionlessly and handed over the test. Shinya grinned.

"Wow", Tooru breathed in grumpily. "How did you manage to fool those geeks? They didn't agree with me in any guestion. Everything was false. I got FOUR points! And I really, really tried my best. Fucking bastards. How could I ever learn anything when they don't even give me a chance?"

"These results prove that Shinya is the only one who has some talent", Kaoru muttered. "Even though he is also the youngest of you three. He can begin to do more difficult exercises but you two will still continue with these easy ones. Tooru didn't even manage to do all divisions.

"Who would manage to do those?" Toshiya noted, still eating his gum.

"Throw your gum to trash!" Kaoru shouted. This class was a disaster.

After the class Daisuke and Kaoru locked mathematics class' door. Toshiya, Tooru and Shinya were already leaving, and what was the strangest was that they were all leaving together. Even Toshiya was walking next to Tooru, complaining about Kaoru and Daisuke and their classes.

"These classes suck!" Kaoru and Daisuke heard him hissing near doors. "Those geeks can't teach. Well, at least we don't have to watch Yoshiki's disgusting face more than necessary."

Then they went out and closed the doors behind them and their ways separated when Toshiya began walking in other direction. Kaoru sighed heavily. "Maybe they are right. We are no good teachers. Maybe we should give up. We have too much work to do and..."

"No, we can't give up yet", Daisuke said immediately while cleaning his glasses with paper. "I wonder why Yoshiki did hit Shinya. He doesn't seem so horrible." Daisuke blushed and Kaoru looked at his friend curiosly but didn't say anything.

Daisuke changed the subject. "Hey, what could be the reason why Yoshiki didn't leave any material today either...?"

"I have no clue", Kaoru answered quietly as they started walking towards the doors. "He has been acting so strange. He isn't himself... Not after his and Gackt-sensei's break up. He always shouts and he used to be so... calm. And for some reason... I think he hates ME. Even though I have always been a good student. I used to be his favourite student but..."

"It really is weird... He has some serious problems."

"I understand that breaking up hurts much but why does he have to turn his anger to students? I haven't done anything. Yoshiki got furious today when I only dropped my pencil box! He said that I can't do anything right, I am hopeless and have serious problems. I hate him."

"Well, let's not talk about him anymore", Daisuke sighed. "Would you like to come to my house? We could play our guitars a little?"

"Okay. That sounds fun." They walked past teachers room and stopped when they heard shouting. Two people were definitely arguing there. "Who might be shouting there?" Kaoru asked worriedly.

"Who would you think?" Daisuke whispered. "Yoshiki of course. Hey, was that Gackt?!"

Kaoru nodded. "Thet are fighting again. Let's go. We should stay out of that fight", Daisuke said right away and began walking away. "Come on, Kaoru-kun! Let's go!"

"You go already. I have to go to... bathroom", Kaoru said. Daisuke eyed him for a moment, obviously not believing him, but nodded then and left to wait for him outside. Kaoru hesitated for a while and then sneaked behind the door where his teacher's were having a fight. Yoshiki sounded very furious and was smashing something to pieces.

"YOSHIKI, CALM DOWN!" Kaoru heard Gackt crying. "It is NOT what you think! Nothing has happened between me and him! NOTHING! You are paranoid, that's all!"

"I HAVE SEEN HOW YOU LOOK AT HIM!" Yoshiki shouted. "YOU WANT HIM, DON'T YOU?! YOU FILTHY PIG! IT IS OVER BETWEEN US! OVER! I HATE YOU! YOU DISGUST ME!"

"YOU are the one who has cheated!" Gackt sobbed. "You didn't feel any sorry for me when you were fucking with those men!"

"Why should I have thought about you?! You didn't think how I would feel either, you only watch your own STUDENT and want to FUCK HIM! GOD DAMNIT!"

Kaoru's eyes widened in shock. A... a student? What? What the heck was Yoshiki talking about? That man must really be crazy. Gackt would never ever do such thing! Gackt would never be with his student, it was impossible. He was a fine teacher, not some crazy pedophile! Gackt was the best teacher in this school and he trusted him wth his whole heart.

"How many times do I have to tell you that we don't have anything between us!"

"I don't believe you! Well, fuck him then!" Yoshiki shouted. "Fuck him! I heard how you were moaning his name one night in your dreams! You perverted beast!"

"Fuck you, Yoshiki!" Gackt hissed. "He is my student! You seriously need HELP!"

"YOU are the one who needs help! A teacher lusting after his own student!"

Kaoru shook his head, eyes closed. He couldn't understand anything. He ran outside, finding Daisuke. The red-haired boy watched him and raising a brow he said: "You were quick. Okay, let's go then."

Kaoru couldn't say anything, he was too shocked. All he could think about was his two teachers. Who had Yoshiki been talking about? Had he been wrong about Gackt? Could he trust his teacher anymore? Would Gackt... rape some student?! He couldn't believe this. He was afraid...

Tooru and Shinya were walking home together. "That Toshimasa, do you know him well?" Shinya asked. Tooru answered: "Too well. He is my classmate and... He is the friend of Kei, Mizuki and Yuki and just like they are. He is just like everyone else. He hates me and I hate him."

Shinya sighed and shook his head. "Don't care about them. They aren't better than us", he said.

"I don't care what they think about me", Tooru snapped. Shinya's eyes widened. "What has happened to your wrists?!" he hissed. "You have done it again! I told you to stop it!"

"I haven't cut myself!" Tooru snapped.

"I don't believe you! Why are you hurting yourself?! Because of those idiots?! They do not deserve it!"

"Mind your own business's!" Kyo shouted. "Do you understand?! This has nothing to do with you! You must have something else to think about! This is MY life! Not yours!"

"But Tooru-"

"ENOUGH! I HATE WHEN EVERYONE CALLS ME TOORU! It's a DISGUSTING name! I hate my parents for giving me that fucking name. I don't want to be Tooru! I want to... I want to be KYO!"

"Kyo?"

"Yes. KYO like Kyoto. From this day forward you'll ALWAYS call me KYO. Do you hear me?"

"But... Tooru is a good name too..." Shinya tried.

"Shut up already!" Tooru shouted. "It's KYO!!!!!!!!"

"Okay, okay... Kyo... It will just take a little time to learn calling you that..."
