After Zac had gone to the toilet, Zac met Nikki at her table. Zac shifted nervously under the gaze of Gail. Gail eyed him critically before telling him “Right young man, I want my niece back to her hotel room by midnight. Take care of her, as she doesn’t know her way around Las Vegas on her own. And of course she is only seventeen.”
Zac nodded, flushing when he saw the appreciative looks he was receiving from Hannah, Katie and Stacy, while Lily, Estella and Heidi merely rolled their eyes at the younger girls.
Zac replied, “Yes mama, I promise I won’t let anything happen to her. What hotel are you all staying at, so I know where to bring her back to?” Gail told him. Zac smiled slightly and replied “That isn’t a problem, seeing as I’m staying in the same hotel with my two friends, my dad, and my younger brother.”
After Gail promise Nikki that her parents (her father especially) wouldn’t find out, Nikki and Zac left for Zac’s table. Corbin commented jokingly “Aww man, are you gonna ditch us for the pretty girl?”
Lucas added “I thought you weren’t going to get involved with any girls this weekend. Not that I can honestly blame you, she’s a pretty little thing.”
Before Zac could answer, Nikki interrupted “He isn’t. I’m most certainly not going to be his rebound skank, let me tell you that right now.” Nikki added “So you boys will just have to make up your own fantasies, as he ain’t going to have any juicy details for you to leer over when he returns later.”
She concluded, smirking deviously, and held out her hands for Lucas and Corbin to shake. “Oh, by the way, now that we’ve gotten the pleasantries out of the way, I’m Nikki, Nikki Blonsky, pleased to meet you.”
Corbin spluttered, while Lucas and Zac laughed appreciatively. Both Lucas and Corbin shook her hand. Corbin commented “Whoa dude, she has got some serious spunk.”
Lucas grinned and added “That she does indeed. I like her already. Zac mate, if you don’t plan on bedding this one then make sure you treat her right. She looks decent and not immature. And of course is not liable to end up with nude photos plastered all over the internet.”
Zac replied “Trust me I will. We’re just gonna go and see a show. Then if she wants to, we will come back to the hotel and raid the mini bar, seeing as we’re both still underage and can’t visit clubs and bars.”
He turned to Nikki and asked “Do you fancy the idea of coming back say around ten and raiding the mini bar with these two clowns? A little underage drinking, that’s if your not some goodie two shoes?”
Nikki grinned and replied “I don’t see why not, as long as you keep the wine out of my reach, it shouldn’t be a problem.” She added at their questioning looks. “Wine makes me sick, something about it doesn’t like me very much. We’ve never been the best of friends.”
Lucas nodded and said “In that case, I’ll make sure to stash the wine out of your reach.” Nikki nodded and left with Zac, after they’d promise to meet them back at Zac’s hotel room at ten.
Nikki asked “Do you mind if we stop off at my hotel room first, as I need to change out of this white monstrosity?” Zac chuckled and replied “I think you look lovely. But sure we can stop so you can change. Something tells me you’ll look seriously out of place where I plan on taking you if you don’t change.”
Nikki nodded, as she followed him out of the restaurant.
