Its Too Much To Take It

"We have decided to let you go home today since there is nothing wrong medically." Said the doctor.
Everyone let out a bit of a happy sigh hearing the news. April was happy also but she was also upset that Mike and herself would be going home empty
handed. It was going to be really hard not having the baby with them as they left. It wasn't fair to either of them. They had both been through a lot of horrible
things in the beginnings of their relationship then a year after; they were married then 3 years later April found out she was pregnant. It was something Mike was
so excited about that April thought he would bust. Everyone was told and he even told MTV, Much Music and any other TV music channels. April knew he had to be
taking it as hard as she was. It was earth shattering to them both.
April sighed a little then got out of the hospital bed to get ready to leave.
'Thank God I'm getting out of the hell whole hospital. I've been in them too long and now I hate them.' Thought April.
"We'll gonna leave you to get ready and maybe we can meet up later and do something." Said Chester.
"Yeah, that would be great." Said Mike.
Chester and Trish got up and gave April a hug and waved good bye to Mike then left.
Mike walked over to April and hugged tightly and kissed her on the cheek.
"Do you feel up to doing anything tonight? If your not I can call Chester when we get home and tell him you don't feel like going out." Said Mike.
"Well, it does sound nice to go out and do something together but it sounds even better going home and spending some alone time with you." Said
April with a small smile.
Mike had caught on to what she had meant. He wondered why she was all of a sudden happy, acting like her usually self. Mike shrugged it off and smiled.
"That sounds nice also. Well, I'm sure we can have some alone time and go out with Chester and Trish." Said Mike still holding her.
"Ok. I better hurry up and get ready." Said April as walked over to the chair where her clothes were.
Mike sat down and watched her as she walked into the small bathroom, not bothering to close the door. It was kinda pointless to close it since Mike had
saw her naked body many, many times. So there was nothing new to them. Mike watched April as she took the hospital gown off and let it fall to the floor.
He admired her beautifull body, it also kinda turned him on. He looked away and stared at the ground thinking 'This is not the place to be thinking like that!'
April looked over at Mike and noticed he was looking at the floor, most of the time he would watch and smile. She wondered why he wasn't this time.
"Mike, you all right?" Asked April as she walked over to him not completely dressed.
She really didn't care at the time, she was more worried about Mike. He jerked his head up thinking she was ready when he realized that she only had her jeans
on.
'Damn, what is wrong with me today? We lost our baby and I'm acting like a teenaged boy that just saw his first picture of a naked woman.' Thought Mike as
April walked over to him.
"Mike? Are you ok? You seem dazed." Asked April waving her hand in front of Mike's eyes.
He blinked and looked at her. Then shook his head.
"Huh? Oh I'm fine. I was just looking at the floor since this isn't the kind of place to be thinking about 'things'." Said Mike.
April grinned and caught on to what Mike was talking about. She leaned into him and kissed him then stood back up.
"Oh don't worry, Mike. We'll get to when we're out of this place." Said April with a wink.
She walked back into the bathroom and continued to get dressed.
Once she was done they packed up anything they hag brought or gotten from anyone. Mostly some gifts from a few fans, Trish and Chester. The guys knew about what
happend to Mike and April and would stop by later on since they were currectly working on their new CD, Reanimation. When they had time, they would come barring hugs,
gifts and whatnot.
Then they left and went to get April released from the hospital. .
