Celebs featured: Alice Henley, Camilla Luddington, Freida Pinto

Alice, Camilla, and Freida were playing a trivia game one day. They had a bunch of cards with trivia questions on them, all of which were movie and TV related. The answers were printed upside-down on the bottom of the card in tiny font. How the women played was that they would take turns having one of them pick a card and asking the question on it to the woman on her right. Then the woman on her left would ask her the next question, and the winner was whoever got five correct answers first.

The order went Camilla, Alice, and Freida before going back to Camilla.

Freida asked Camilla, “Randle McMurphy was Jack Nicholson’s character in what movie?”

Camilla muttered to herself that she knew this, performing a mental run-through of as many of Jack Nicholson’s movies as possible.

“Easy Rider?”

Freida stretched out the side of her mouth as part of an unimpressed expression, “Sorry, Camilla. One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest.”

Camilla slapped herself on the forehead with an open palm, “Ah, fuck.”

While Camilla was recovering from that, Alice took the next card and turned to face Freida.

“Oh, I think you’ll get this one,” she grinned. “Whose career was revitalized by the 2008 sports drama The Wrestler?”

Freida smiled; this was indeed an easy question for her.

“Mickey Rourke.”

“Correct,” Alice smiled and added to the pile of used cards. “Must’ve helped that you made two movies with him.”

Freida rolled her eyes, “You mean two movies where we never shared a scene?”

“Do you consider that a good thing?”

Camilla chimed in, “Why don’t you ask her body double instead?”

Freida and Mickey were in at least two movies together. In one of those movies, 2011’s Immortals, Freida had a love scene with Henry Cavill’s character where she used a body double.

“I wasn’t comfortable with it at the time,” Freida explained, “which means you two probably had more courage than I did.”

Alice and Camilla managed to tough it out through some TV nude scenes. Alice had one rather explicit sex scene on HBO’s Rome while Camilla had a bunch of topless scenes on Californication.

“That’s probably why Camilla’s the Tomb Raider,” joked Alice.

Camilla gave a smile that said “yeah, I guess I am kind of awesome.” She assured Alice that she also would’ve made a really good Tomb Raider.

“Oh, that reminds me,” Freida spoke to Camilla. “What did you think of the movie?”

Camilla’s expression lit up, “Alicia was unbelievable.”

“I know she was. I was asking about the whole movie.”

Camilla’s expression gradually dimmed from damn near ecstatic to “meh.”

“Honestly, the writing was kind of . . . weird. It’s certainly dumb action movie fun, but if you want anything beyond that, I can’t say I recommend it wholeheartedly.”

Alice gave Freida a sudden knowing glance as she said, “Alicia was fine, but I thought Freida's character in Blunt Force Trauma was better.”

Freida looked at Alice in a sort of flattered manner. Blunt Force Trauma was Freida’s other movie with Mickey Rourke, in which she plays a duelist and Mickey Rourke is a bad guy who doesn’t show up until the last scene to have a duel with the male lead that fades to black before you can see who shot first. But let’s not kid ourselves - Han shot first. Anyway, Freida has a topless scene in that movie without the use of a body double. It’s kind of hard to see with the lighting, but it’s there and it’s glorious.

Freida turned to face Camilla, “Hey, isn’t it your turn?”

Camilla held up her hands in fake surrender before reaching for another card.
