Chapter 4 - All night computer gaming...
Chapter 4: All night computer gaming and Insomniac theatre
It was three hours later, the four of us left. That was when the waitress kicked us out. Sara and Mark went to the all night truck stop for breakfast while Glenn and I headed for the hotel.
“Are you tired? I’m going to go back to my room and play this new game I got called Ultima Online and watch TV. If you want you can come.”
I said, sure why not. We went up to his room and laid on the bed trying to figure out his game. About 5 am we looked up from the computer and watched a few Music videos. He actually started whining. “There’s nothing on!” He picked up the remote and started flipping through channels “Hmm… lets see. Infomercial….”
“Don’t tell me your going to watch an infomercial!”
“What else do you think is going be on at five in the morning? ER? Hey look it’s an Infomercial for an Herbal Viagra!”
I grabbed the remote away from him and jumped on his back, hearing the wonderful rush of the wind getting knocked out of him. “We are not watching an Herbal Viagra Infomercial. I don’t know about you but I really don’t need any.”
Of course, Glenn came to his own defense. “I don’t need herbal Viagra. I don’t even need regular Viagra. I’m a super stud. I rule!” I rolled off the bed laughing. He was flexing his muscles and acting like a body builder. I had to admit though he was built and had a great body. That man looks very nice without a shirt.
“You’re a Nutcase you know that?” I said as I flipped the channel to TLC. “Hey look! Trauma! Blood, Gore and Gunshot wounds!” He took the remote and changed it to Cartoon Network.
“I see enough of that when I get backstage. I don’t think so.” He sat back and took off his shoes, shirt and socks. I watched him. Damn he’s good looking. He laid head towards the TV and started watching Tom and Jerry.
“Bored with me?” I asked as I climbed on his back and rubbed his shoulders.
“No just sore and run down. Kind of tired too.” Poor guy, I felt sorry for him. I rubbed his shoulders for a while, helping the tension to slip out.
“Hey Faith.”
“Yeah Glenn?”
He peeked at me through heavy eyes. “Want to be my best friend?” I smiled and kissed him on the ear.
“Sure Glenn. Anything for you babe.” He smiled as he fell asleep. Since I did not remember to get a key to my hotel room from my brothers, I had no choice for staying there. It was about 6 am when I fell asleep.
