beep....beep....beep..
The steady sound of Harlow’s heart monitor beeped
"Harlow, hold on......you cant leave me behind, not yet....i love you.." tears streamed down jowls face, his hands shook with the fear that any moment god could take away the only girl he'd ever loved.

Benji paced backwards and forwards on the tiled floor
"dude, were all worried, but your gonna make a groove in the floor.." Billy tried to lighten the mood
"Do you think i should go in?" He pressed his face against the window, hoping to catch, what could be a last look at Harlow’s beautiful face, he choked back tears when he saw all the tubes attached to her.
"i wouldn't go in just yet, let Joel have his time with her, it might be his last."
"don’t say that, she isn’t going to die, she can't...i...I. love her." tears rolled down his face. "if she dies its all my fault, if id've told her how i felt earlier this might not have happened."
"Benj, fate is fate, its gods will when u die, if this was meant to be, it will be"

"Harlow, I can't imagine a world without you, you cant die,not now" Joel turned and saw how worried Benji looked.
At this very moment i hate him, but i love him aswell, i can't bare to see him like this, i now he is in love with Harlow, but he's my brother and i love him too....
Joel reached for the door, He looked back at Harlow, she hadn't moved all night
"Benj, i think you should come in here"
Benji looked at Joel and realized how much he actually needed his brother and his friends right now.


"How is she?" Joel could see Benji shaking.
"she's not good, they don’t think she'll make it through the night, Benji she has to, i can't live without her.." Joel tightened his grip on he hand
Benji took hold of Harlow’s other hand, she stirred
"OH MY GOD, SHES WAKING UP!" Joel couldn't contain his joy.
"Mmneh...hmpph...where am i?" Harlow’s' eyelashes fluttered, the light hurt her eyes.
"Joel...Benji...is that you?"
"yes it's us...." Joel looked at Benji and smiled
"Guys can you do me something?...."
"yes, anything you want"
"Make up with each other, for my sake, i wont be here much longer"
"yes you will, don’t say that, nothing can separate me and Benji, we're brothers, and no matter what happens, we'll always be together"
Harlow looked up at Benji, can you get the guys in here? and can u put me my favourite song on?"
"For you sweetheart, anything"
Benji opened the door and ushered Billy, Paul and Chris in.
Benji fumbled with his i-pod, he attached it to one of the speakers in Harlow’s room, the slow eerie sounds of 'lullaby' filled the room
"Thank you....i have something to say, i know I’m not going to be here much longer, i wanted you all to know that i love you, especially you two..."
She reached for Joel and benjis' hands.
She clenched them tightly,
"is she okay?" Paul sprung to his feet
Harlow’s face turned white, she took a few short sharp breaths
"DUDE, GET A NURSE!" Joel shouted to Billy who was staring at Harlow,
Billy snapped back to reality, he shot off down the corridor
He returned a few moments later with a nurse,
"How’s she doing'?"
"I'd say your goodbyes now, she’s' going"
"WHAT? ARENT YOU DOING ANYTHING TO HELP HER?" Joel screamed
"sorry sir, but her will says she didn’t want to be resuscitated if she was in a critical condition"
"NO....NO, SHE CANT DIE" Benji kissed her forehead gently,
Paul stepped forwards,
"You are the coolest chick that I’ve ever met, I wont ever forget you" He couldn’t find the words to say how he felt, he kissed her cheek...Billy stepped forwards crying,
"I can't say anything that will make saying goodbye any easier, but i loved every minute you were around, I will miss ya like hell...." tears broke him off mid sentence, Chris put his arm around him
"i haven’t known you for long, but i know it wont ever be the same without you here girl, i'll miss ya too babes, goodbye"
Benji stepped forwards, he coughed,
"i will always love you, i wont forget you, my own riot girl..." Joel hugged him
"Harlow, since i first laid my eyes on you, i loved you, nothing can change that, I love you..and i always will, i don't know how i will be able to carry on living without you, but i will be strong, for you..."
She smiled and fluttered her eyes open, she looked around the room, and then took in one last breath, Joel felt her hand go limp,
"im so sorry, but she’s gone" the nurse looked at each of them.
"again,im so sorry"
Benji looked at his friends
"She's gone" a single tear dropped down his cheek onto her face......
