I turn around to get a good look at her. Sure enough, Sam is sitting on my new sofa. She seems to be having a very heavy conversation with Pat. I try to say something but to no avail. I feel like a baby who’s trying to say their first words. I whisper the name, "Tam" as my body goes numb and I fall to the floor.

I wake up with a massive headache.. I realize that I’m lying in my bed. All smothered with comfy blankets. I look on the floor to find all my poor stuffed animals there. I’m not surprised they’re always fighting over space. I try to collect my thoughts. My mind slowly begins to recall what had happened. "Tam!!” "How could that have been Tam on the phone?” It’s impossible….she’s been dead for two years. They found her body in the Lantano River. That was a very sad and tragic day. Her death was a total shock to us all. We really thought that she was getting better.

A knock at the door interrupts my train of thought. I check to make sure I’m decent before saying, "Come in.” The door slowly opens. To my surprise the first person I see is Vin. He’s instantly by my side. Pat, Sam, and Jena are not far behind him. "VIN, you’re here, " I say. "Scary looking creatures couldn’t keep me away from you,” he says. In the background all we hear is "AWWWW.” It must be "The Three Looky-Loos.” I reach for a pillow and throw it at them. They take the hint and leave us alone for some privacy.

He takes me in his strong arms and I just melt automatically. He looks up at me with those mesmerizing eyes!! "Are you okay, baby,” he asks. "Better, now that you’re here,” I say. He tells me he’s sorry for causing soo much drama in my life. I just look at him without any words. He asks me what happened and who was on the phone. I tell him the truth that I didn’t know. Out of concern for Sam, I’m not going to even mention Tam’s name. I just tell him that it was a crank caller asking me questions about us. I immediately apologize to him for all the mess we’re in. I look away from Vin and start to ball again. I can tell that he’s upset but he pushes that aside to comfort me. "Shhhh, it’s gonna be okay, Dabby,” he says. God, it sounds sooo good to hear him say my name. I ask him to say it again. We laugh and he complies with my desire and says, "Dab….by" soo slow and soo sexy!! Just the sound of his sends shivers up and down my spine. Dayum, even at a time like this he turns me on. I suddenly feel a drool coming on but I stop myself. He smirks as if he can read my mind. He takes my hand in his and kisses it. He smiles at me then leans down to kiss me. There’s that Hershey’s kiss again. Soo tasty too!! I suddenly feel a surge of energy flowing through our bodies. All my worries seem to fade with every touch he makes. .
