Carrie's pov





Kelly's voice filled the hall as Carrie stood at the bottom of the stage watching her, it had be a while since she had actually saw her wife on stage. The new material sounded amazing to Carrie but everything Kelly did was amazing to the blond country star. As the new single came to an end Carrie eyes stayed on Kelly as she thanked the band before jumping from the stage and into Carrie's waiting arms.



'So?........'Kelly kept her arms around Carrie's waist as they made their way out towards the car.



'The drummer was amazing......'Carrie answered with a smirk.



'And the lead singer.......' Kelly quizzed causing Carrie to smile. She loved when Kelly's playful side came out.



'Also amazing........' Carrie reached for her keys as Kelly let go of he walking a few steps ahead. Carrie knew why the sudden change had came,



'And the song......'Kelly asked in a whisper. Carrie smiled, she knew her wife to well.



'It's the first Ive heard it.......'Carrie commented.



'I know........I picked it a few months ago..........'Kelly slipped into the drivers seat causing Carrie to roll her eyes before throwing the keys towards her gently. Kelly could never give up any control, even when it was letting someone else drive.



'And what's it about?........' Carrie was now beside her, watching as she started up the car.



'About two people in love.........and even though they love each other they drive each other crazy...........'



'Sounds familiar........'Carrie smirked.



'That's what I thought........'



'And that's why you picked it........'



'I guess I can relate.......'Kelly shrugged.



'Right......'Carrie could hear the playfulness in Kelly voice.



'Not that our relationship is like that of course.........'



'Of course......'Carrie agreed. A long pause came before Kelly turned to look at her wife.



'We're so full of it.....aren't we?........'



'Totally.....'Carrie giggled.



'OK OK.....It's about us,.........'



'Really?........'



'Really.....'



'Well......'Carrie smiled sweetly at her wife. 'My life would suck without you too.........'





Kelly's pov.





'Ear plugs?........'Kelly held up the item.



'Three kids for a week.........I'm going to need something to put inside my ears.........'



'And when they cry?........'



'Your there........'Carrie quickly dodged the ear plugs as they went by her head. They had been packing for their trip to Disney Land which was happening in a few days. Noah had called every day since he had left to make sure it was still on and no one was canceling.



'And when they cry you'll be right there next to me........'Kelly warned.



'Of course sweetie.......'Carrie voice was laced in so much sugar Kelly almost had toothache.



'As long as you know.......'Kelly answered just as sweet. An odd noise coming from the bedroom door caused them both to turn. Ashley standing pretending to be sick caused them both to give each other an odd look.



'I swear if you two could be any more sickening...........'Ashley entered the room. Although I guess it's better than the way you were before......'Kelly sent Carrie a sad look, they were trying their hardest to put the past behind them.



'Yea well I feel a long conversation starting......'Carrie walked towards the door. 'And Ash your way to boring for me to want to stay so.......bye..........' Carrie quickly closed the door behind her leaving Kelly giggling.



'She's really something else.........'



'Maybe I was wrong getting you two back together.......' Ashley sighed.



'You weren't........'Kelly answered a little to quickly.



'I know.....'Ashley held her hands up. 'Just playing........but seriously......you two look.......'Ashley thought for the right word.



'Content..........'Kelly suggested.



'Exactly.......'Ashley smiled.



'We are..........'Kelly smiled back.



'It's about time.......'Ashley nudged her best friend with her elbow. 'I thought I was going to have to lock the two of you in a room until to sorted things out.............'



'I'm just thankful things were able to be sorted out........For a while I thought things had gone to far..........'



'Just don't let them go that far again.........'Ashley warned.



'I know......We just need to remember that we love each other........and show each other that we do at every opportunity we get........'Kelly stopped talking when she heard Ashley's loud laugh fill the room.



'Your spending a week with three kids..........let see you try and show her how much you love her...........'Ashley continued to giggle.



'Well.....'Kelly said with a smile. 'I guess I better start showing her now............'Carrie........'Kelly shouted loud as Ashley covered her ears.
