Chapter 55
Carrie's pov
Carrie's eyes scanned over the words in front of her, her mind going back to those horrible months she spent. Even though things were still a little raw a big part of her knew they were out of danger. She was just glad they made it out of the danger together.
'We've never really talked about this...........'Carrie looked up to find Kelly standing over her looking at the computer screen.
'You think we need to?.......'Carrie looked down towards the chat in front of her.
'Probably not...........i doubt it will help but I don't think it will damage us in any way........'Kelly sat in the empty seat beside her wife, pulling the laptop over towards her. Carrie watched her face closely as she read the words they had typed months before.
'Do you miss chatting?.......'
'No.........'Kelly smiled. 'I prefer talking to you without the use of a machine............'
'Did you......did you like that person?........'Carrie bit her lip as she waited for Kelly to answer, the shorter blond thought it over before answering.
'I was confused...........'
'Confused?.,......'
'Yea you......this person I knew nothing about her......but within weeks these feelings started appearing.........I didn't know what she looked like or if what she was telling me was real but sometimes I could really see myself falling for her..........' Kelly glanced shyly towards Carrie before looking back at the laptop. 'And I was so guilty that I had those feels for someone that wasn't you.........'
'Even if it was me.......'Carrie laughed lightly.
'Only we could do that.......'Kelly giggled.
'Do what?.......'
'Only we could cheat on each other with each other............'Kelly giggled again making Carrie laugh too.
'We really are that tragic........' Both singers smiled widely at each other before looking back at the laptop. Kelly's eyes scanned over the words once more as Carrie's eyes followed Kelly's face.
'Did you fall for me?........' Kelly's voice came out in a shy whisper as she continued to read what was in front of her. 'I mean her........'
'I did.......'Carrie sighed. 'And the guilt was unbearable...........I really couldn't understand it all........I loved you and only ever wanted you but this woman comes along and messes my mind up completely............It was very confusing........'
'Do you miss her?......'Kelly stole a quick glance at Carrie before turning back to the screen again.
'I have her........'Carrie slid her chair over till it was pressed against Kelly's. As she snaked her arm round her wife's waist pulling her against her body she kissed her cheek firmly. 'Your right here.......'Carrie whispered in her ear. Kelly turned her face slowly letting her lips rest against Carrie's.
'And im not going anywhere..........' Kelly replied softly before pressing her lips against Carrie's more firmly this time, it only took a few seconds before Carrie responded to her wife's lips.
