night time talks

Carrie's pov





Carrie moved just a little bit closer to her wife in the bed as she tried her hardest not to wake up. She wrapped a shaky arm over Kelly's stomach trying to find any kind of heat she could get.



'Dear god your cold.........' Kelly tried to move away but Carrie kept a good grip on her.



'And your warm.........'Carrie said through gritted teeth. ' Share some of it please............'



'It's London baby.......'Kelly giggled as she pulled Carrie closer to her under the covers. ' it's always cold............and you insisted on sleeping naked..........'



'I get why you wanted so much on............God Kel im so cold........' Carrie lay shaking beside Kelly causing her to wrap her leg over the country girls thigh.



'Try to relax.........you won't feel it so much............' Kelly ran a warm hand over Carrie's bare back causing the blond to settle a little.



'I want to cry...........'Carrie moaned.



'Car..........what can I do?..........how can I help........'



'Heat me up.........please......'





Kelly's pov.





Kelly's lips twitched into a little smile as Carrie begged for her help. Very gently Kelly lifted her top up and pressed her bare warm skin against her wife's cold stomach.



'Oh god yes.........'Carrie moaned as she felt Kelly's skin on her own.



'Better baby?.........'



'Mmmmm.........'



'Still cold?........'



'My legs......'Carrie explained. Kelly nodded before slipping her pj bottoms down and wrapping her leg over Carrie's thigh.



'Better?..........'



'Yes............but your going to get cold now..........' Kelly felt Carrie's hand moving up over her bare back. In one quick movement Kelly rolled till she was on top of her wife looking down at her.



'I can think of something to keep us both warm..........' Carrie's mouth opened to say something but nothing came out. 'I mean if you want.........'Kelly was smirking now........'



'I want........'Carrie answered quickly. 'but you've got a lot on today..........i don't want to get you all tired before you've even got out of bed..........'



'I suppose you could look at it like that.........Or you look at it like you were relaxing me before a long day of interviews...............'Kelly dipped her head down capturing Carrie's lips with her own. Slowly she massaged Carrie's lips with her own. Only pulling back when air became an issue. 'So.....what do you say?..........'



'I say we get this relaxation started...............'





Carrie's pov





Carrie sat on the large sofa next to Ashley as they watched the tv screen in front of them. Kelly was now on her third interview of the day preforming for a talk show with the band. Carrie watched amazed as her wife sang her new single.



'Love you too baby........'Carrie whispered quietly.



'Excuse me?.........' Carrie turned to see Ashley looking at her.



'What?.......'



'Did you just say you loved me?.........and did you call me baby?.......' Ashley was pulling a face like she smelt something bad.



'No........'Carrie half laughed as she looked back at the screen.



'Carrie I heard you/........'Carrie sighed the best friend never gave up.



'I said it..........but not to you.........'



'Im the only one in the room........'Ashley pointed out.



'I was talking to kelly.......'Carrie pointed towards the tv screen.



'You were talking to the tv?.........' Ashley was smiling now.



'No.......it's personal ok...............'



'Want me to leave you and the tv alone?..........'



' I was saying I love you to Kelly.........'The country singer snapped. 'When.....when she takes her ear piece out in the middle of the song that means I love you.........it's our little code...........' Carrie blushed as she watched Ashley make the face again.



'Oh god it's back............'



'What are you moaning about now........' Carrie quizzed.



'You two being all loving............'Ashley explained. 'I thought you were over all that........'



'I love my wife........i don't think Ill get over that............'



'I preferred you fighting.......'Ashley answered with a smirk on her face.



'And I prefer you with your mouth shut but that never happens too.......' Ashley stuck her tongue out at Carrie causing both of them to giggle.



'And what's so funny?........'Carrie was on her feet before Kelly could finish her sentence.



'Your friends just jealous..........'Carrie wrapped her arms around Kelly's waist pressing her lips over her ear. 'I love you too..........'She whispered so only Kelly could hear. Kelly put her ear piece back in her ear before pulling back out making Carrie and Ashley laugh.



'And my best friend says she's not mushy........'Ashley ruffled Kelly's hair as she walked past them and out the door.
