chapter 6 (i think!)

hey, i just want to apologize in advance for this crappy chapter, my writers block hasn't faded so please don't hate me too bad! *looks at you all with puppy dog eyes*

As usual for my sweet soulmate karin for encouraging me and begging me to update!

Due to a severe hangover, Bam managed to sleep all through his day off school, getting up only to puke up all the alcohol he'd ever consumed. He was still feeling rough when he got up to get ready for school on the thursday but he knew he had to clean the mess from the party so he'd have to get up anyway. He got ready to go and swallowed some asprin down quickly before heading out into the too bright sunshine.

As he walked over to the spot him and his friends always hung out, he saw them all standing round in a half circle as if they were looking at something but as their backs were to him, he couldn't see what was going on.

"Hey guys, what's up?.....holy fuck." He exclaimed as he saw what they were all looking at. Johnny was sitting there, looking like he'd been hit by a truck. He had two black eyes and a swollen lip, there were what looks suspiciously like claw marks on his neck and face, his left wrist was in plaster and he was holding an arm across his ribs protectively.

"What the hell happened?" Bam asked, shocked.

"As I left your party, some guy grabbed me and dragged me into the woods and beat the crap out of me. I would have tried to fight back but I was really wasted."

"Did you see who it was? You need to call the cops."

"It was too dark and I was so drunk I wouldn't be able to remember anyway." Knoxville replied, serious for once. "He was really weird though, he seemed really pissed off with me, like I'd upset him or something. He kept saying something about not touching what was his. He sounded insane to me."

Bam's face paled. It couldn't be, he wouldn't, would he? So, uh, are you staying at school cos you look like shit." He laughed nervously.

"No, my mom's waiting in the car. She just explained to the principle that I'd be out of school for a couple of weeks. I just came over here to say hi and tell you all what was going on."

"Ok, cool. Um, I've got to go and make a phone call, so I'll come over yours sometime to see how you're doing." Bam said akwardly, wanting to get the hell away from his friends beaten form.

"Sure thing dude, see ya soon."

Bam walked away as fast as he could without looking suspicious and found a quiet secluded spot at the back of the football field. Getting out his cell phone, he quickly found the number he'd stored under 'weirdo' so he'd know not to answer the phone if he called. As he listened to it ringing and waited for Ville to pick up, he tried to control his anger. Finally he was connected and Ville's deep voice came over the line.

"Missing me already Bammie?"

"Was it you?" Bam demanded, not bothering to greet the other man.

"You don't sound very happy baby. I wish I could be there to make you feel better."

"Damnit Ville, stop fucking around. Was it you that hurt my friend on tuesday night after the party?"

"I told you I don't like him touching you." Ville replied, his voice now low and dangerous.

"You can't do things like that." Bam exclaimed. "You can't keep hurting people just because they touched me, it's ridiculous. Do you really think that harming my friends will get you anywhere with me?"

"I don't care about the rest of your friends, just him."

"Why? Why do you hate Knoxville so much?" Bam asked, perplexed.

"He wants you. You don't notice the way he looks at you? I don't want some pathetic little mortal thinking he can take you away from me."

"What are you talking about? Johnny's not interested in me, we're both straight. He just gets a little clingy and weird when he's drunk that's all."

"I did it because I love you and I'm not going to give you up for him. He's not good enough for you and he won't treat you like you deserve."

"Bullshit." Bam yelled, finally out of patience. "If you loved me then you wouldn't be hurting my friends. I can't believe you did that to him. You keep talking about us being together but even if I was interested in you, I couldn't be with someone who hurts people that I care about."

He hung up the phone and turned it off, not wanting to talk to Ville any more. It made him feel sick that Johnny got hurt because of him and he didn't know how to stop everything that was happening.

**************************

Ville couldn't focus on anything around him. He hadn't even eaten for a few days and he knew he would need some fresh blood soon. Ever since the phone call they'd had, Bam had take every mesure to avoid him. He'd kept his phone off and not gone outside after dark, not even into his yard.

Ville desperately needed to see him. It was like an addiction that he just couldn't break, he needed the mortal and he'd found the perfect way to get to him. Bam's parents had been back a week and since he'd been watching the house every day he knew that they were having a lot of financial problems and that they'd advertised for a lodger.

Bam was staying at a friends house for the night and Ville knew that he stood a better chance without him there so he stopped by a local club for a quick bite to eat, no one ever reported dead tramps anyway, before heading back to Bam's house.

He rang the doorbell and adopted his most innocent expression, the one that made all the women want to cuddle up to him and look after him. After a couple of minutes, the door was opened by a motherly looking blonde woman, that Ville knew to be Ape, Bam's mom.

"Hello, can I help you?" She asked politely

"Hi, I'm Ville and I heard that you were looking for a lodger so I thought I'd come and ask about the room. I'm sorry I'm disturbing your evening but my girlfriend just ended it with me which means I don't have anywhere to live now." He looked at her, fake tears shining in his big green eyes and she fell for it just as he knew she would.

"Oh you poor thing, don't worry about disturbing us. I'm April. Come right in and have a look at the room to see if you like it and then we can talk about rent and any questions you have."

He gave her his most charming smile and grinned as she blushed slightly. "Thank you sweetheart."

He pretended to look interested as she gave him the guided tour of the house and led him back to the kitchen to talk about the details.

"What did you think of the room honey?" Ape asked kindly.

"It was perfect for me and I can afford the rent you asked for in the advertisment."

"That's wonderful. There's just a few things you need to be told. There's no pets allowed and no smoking. We don't mind if you go out at night and come back late as long as you're quiet because my husband Phil has to work very early in the mornings. You'll meet him and my son Bam at some point."

"I don't have a problem with the no pets rule and I work nights so I'll probably be coming in as your husband is going out to work. Don't worry, you won't even hear me come in, I promise! Is it ok if I smoke outside though?"

"Of course honey, that's not a problem. It seems like the room is perfect for you, what do you think?"

"It's great, all I have is a bag of stuff because my ex burnt the rest of my things, so I can move in as soon as you like." Ville lied smoothly.

"Well why don't you move in now, if you only have one bag and you don't have anywhere to stay, it seems silly for you to get a hotel room when there's a room all ready for someone to use here."

"That would be great, darling. My bag is on the doorstep because I was then on the way to a hotel so I'll just go and get it." Smirking to himself, he went to get his bag, leaving Ape pleased that they'd found such a polite, sweet man to lodge with them.

They spent the rest of the evening chatting and getting to know each other, or rather, Ape thought she was getting to know Ville since he could lie rather convincingly, and he managed to get her to talk about Bam a lot so he could learn more about his life and childhood. Ville went to bed quite early because he wanted to be awake when Bam came home so he could see the look on his face when he saw him.

The next day, Ville was up in his room when his vampiric hearing picked up the sounds of Bam entering the house. He quietly made his way upstairs as he listened to April greet him and start to explain that they had a new lodger. He waited until Bam asked who it was before he stepped into the kitchen.

"Oh, here he is now." Ape said pleasantly.

Bam turned to face him and the look of horror and shock on his face almost made him laugh. "Hi, I'm Ville." He smiled, holding out his hand for Bam to shake.

"Fuck off, there's no way in hell you're living here." Bam said shakily, ignoring Ville's outstretched hand.

"Brandon, don't be so rude." Ape exclaimed angrily. "You agreed that having a lodger would be a good idea so why do you have a problem with it now?"

"He's....I...I just changed my mind." Bam lied lamely.

"Well get used to it because Ville is a lovely, polite young man and he is very welcome to stay here."

"Thank you sweetheart. I'm sure me and Bam will get along fine eventually." Ville said with an innocent smile.

Bam stormed out of the kitchen and ran up to his room, locking the door. He felt like he was trapped in a nightmare that he couldn't wake up from. His stalker was in his house and his mom thought he was wonderful, things couldn't get any worse.

"What's the matter baby?"

Ok, maybe things could get worse.

"How the hell did you get in my room?" Bam asked incredulously, looking up at Ville's smiling face. "I locked the door."

"I can pick locks." Ville replied simply. "Why are you so upset? I can see you all the time now, without having to wait until you're outside at night or your parents are away."

"That is why I'm upset." Bam snapped. "I don't want you to see me at all, I just want you to leave me alone."

Ville sat down on the edge of Bam's bed, his head bowed so that his face was hidden by a curtain of dark hair. "All I want is to be allowed to love you Bam, why won't you let me? I know you enjoyed what we did at the party so you can't say that it's because you don't like guys like that." His voice sounded so sad and defeated that Bam almost felt bad for him.

"You don't get it. If you'd have come up to me in a bar and started flirting with me, it still would have freaked me out but I might have been slightly interested but you started stalking me and you scared the hell out of me. I've always been so insecure about my sexuality and you've been shoving it in my face. And then there's the fact that you're a vampire for fucks sake, I never even believed that vampires could exist."

Bam flopped down wearily on his bed, as far away from Ville as he could manage, exhausted with his little speech. He hadn't meant to share all his feelings with him, but as he'd opened his mouth to tell him that he didn't want to be loved by him, it all came out.

"I'm not human darling, I don't do the whole 'chatting someone up at a bar' thing unless I'm planning on killing them." noticing Bam's look of horror, he continued quickly. "But I couldn't do that to you, I promise. You'll get over your sexuality issues soon, and I just want to show you how good it can be with another man."

"You beat Knoxville so bad that he's had to take two weeks away from school to recover." Bam shouted, suddenly furious that Ville kept trying to pretend he was innocent when he'd done so much damage. "How can you sit there and pretend to be completely normal when you hurt one of my best friends. I can barely look at him, knowing that it's my fault he's hurt."

Ville's calm expression dropped and it's it's place appeared a jealous anger that scared Bam. "Why won't you let it drop?" He yelled back. "I could have killed him but I didn't because of you, because you like him for some stupid reason. I did it because I can't stand to see him all over you when he's not right for you. He can't give you what you need but I can. He gets to be with you all the time and he gets to see your beautiful face in the sunshine, and all I get is to stand in the darkness and the shadows and try to get as much of your time and attention as I can."

Bam was stunned into silence. Ville's words were so powerful and it was obvious that the vampire was being honest and it was really hurting him.

"Yeah what's with that?" He asked akwardly. "I mean, it's daytime now and you're walking about, I thought you'd have burst into flames or something like the vampires in Buffy do."

Ville allowed a small smile to grace his features. "That's kind of a myth. Sunlight does burn but only if we're in it completely. Buildings give us some protection so as long as we don't go outside during the day, we can survive."

"Oh. It's kind of interesting."

"If you ever want to know anything about me or about vampires, you can ask me. I won't lie to you." Ville offered.

"Yeah, maybe." An akward silence fell between them again before Bam broke it. "You know, it's not my fault that you can't go outside during the day and it's not Johnny's either."

"I know." Ville sighed. "But I don't regret hurting him."

Bam sighed in annoyance. "This isn't getting us anywhere." He shoved past Ville, intent on going to skate for a while to sort out all the thoughts that were swimming around his head but instead he was slammed against the wall by strong hands.

"What the hell..." He was cut off by lips pressing against his own and a tongue forcing itself into his mouth. He tried to struggle away for a few minutes even though he knew he wouldn't be able to. His hands were pinned together above his head, while Ville's other hand slid down his body and into his pants and boxers.

As Ville pulled away from the kiss to allow him to breathe, Bam tried to protest hoping that it would make Ville stop. "Ville, please don't do this. You have to stop doing stuff like this to me, just let me go.... Oh god." His pleadings were cut off by his moan of pleasure as Ville grasped his cock and stroked it into hardness.

He tried to control his body and stop it from responding but Ville's cool hand felt so good around his member, jacking him furiously. It wan't foreplay and it wan't about love, this was about getting him off and nothing more. Ville's hand moved faster and faster up and down Bam's shaft as he placed kisses on Bam's face and neck, enjoying the whimpers that were now emerging from the boys throat.

"Ville, stop." Bam moaned desperately trying once more to stop himself from enjoying the feelings he was experiencing.

"No." Ville whispered, his tongue darting out to trace the outer shell of Bam's ear. "I want to make you feel good, and I'm going to."

He raked his nails gently over the head of Bam's cock as he felt Bam getting close. Knowing that Bam was too far gone to stop him, he quickly pulled down his pants and boxer shorts and dropped to his knees, swallowing his erection down almost before Bam had even noticed anything had happened. He swallowed hard around the length and that was all it took.

Bam bit down on his fist to muffle his scream as he came, shooting his load into Ville's mouth. His knees gave out and he slumped to the floor, where Ville kissed him again and shared his essence with him. Too exhausted to argue, Bam just knelt there, staring into the vampire's eyes.

"Why?" He whispered.

"I told you, because I love you." Ville got up, looking down at him with a satisfied smirk on his face. "You'll give yourself to me eventually Bammie, you just need to stop fighting it."

He walked out of the room without looking back, leaving Bam still on the floor, sated but hating himself.
