Chapter 5 FIVE
A/N: I think this is my shortest chapter yet lol I'm sorry they're so short...
Somewhere just outside the Black Rock Desert in a cheap motel, Mikey and Pete sat facing each other on opposite beds.
“Now we’re just going to follow through with my plan ok?” Mikey told a worring Pete.
“I just don’t want to get cought and have to go back to jail Mikey.” Pete said.
“Hey don’t worry about it, my plan is foolproof,” Mikey said, “so enough talking, come on lets get this show moving, Pete go on…”
Back in a quiet campus, somewhere in the northeastern states, Marta called up a friend.
“Hello?” Diana answered her phone while on her laptop, searching for new fan fiction to read.
“Hey babe.” came Marta’s voice on the other end.
“What’s going on?” Diana asked.
“Oh not much, how have you been with…you know, because I wouldn’t mind if they were after me!” she finished saying with a laugh.
“Marta! This is serious, they were going to…do me or something, after I told them I didn’t want to, I mean I shouldn’t be going around thinking that I’m perfectly safe right?” Diana explained.
“I’m sorry, come on, you knew I was just kidding. I guess you are right, maybe you should take a self defense class or something.” Marta said trying to help her friend out.
“Hm, that’s a good i-… hold on, my cell phone is ringing.” Diana set down the house phone and went over to the other side of the room to answer her cell, which was buzzing with an “I’m not okay” ring tone.
“Hello?” Diana asked in a soft voice.
A very loud voice answered back in a hurried manner, “Hey, hey, hey, you’ve just one a plane ticket to L.A. to see My Chem live, if you can answer this question about My Chemical Romance’s Gerard Way, are you ready?!”
“Aahhhhh!” Diana screamed she was so happy, she hardly ever won anything in her life. She quickly went over to the house phone and told Marta she’d call her back later. Then got back to the radio DJ on her cell.
“Yes, yes I’m ready.” she couldn’t stop smiling.
“Ok, if Gerard were a Care Bear what symbol would he have on his stomach?” The DJ asked.
“Probably a rain cloud.” Diana said in a small but eager voice.
“That’s correct, you’ve won, you’re going to see My Chem live and in L.A.” Pete’s voice finished in a lower tone so he wouldn’t be recognized.
After Pete made all the arrangements with Diana he hung up the phone. Mikey asked if she bought it, and all Pete gave him for an answer back was a slight nod of the head stating that she had.
“Good.” Mikey said more to himself than to Pete.
A/N: My sister LilyRose said after reading this that shes scared and a little turned on by Mikey lol
