How this was going to save her career she didn't know.



'The prices of this place is terrible.........i could get a weeks shopping for just one starter here..............' Carrie listened as Jeanne yet again moaned about the place they had picked to eat at.



'Mom please.......just enjoy it........'



'The prices are terrible........'



'But your not paying so eat.............' Carrie was thankful Kelly had said it before she opened her mouth and told Jeanne what she was thinking. There new friendly pact had been going on for days now and Carrie was still just confused by it.



'I just don't see why I can't cook for us all back at the apartment........isn't that the reason you rented the place.........'



'No mother......Carrie and I did not rent an apartment so you could cook us meals every night..........' Carrie send Kelly a pleading look from across the table. The last thing she wanted was to be thrown out of a fancy restaurant. The press would have a field day with that.



'Jeanne your our guest......so let us treat you............'



'Your wife always the sickly nice when she's trying to keep someone sweet..........' Jeanne smiled at Carrie who was now pouting.



'She's being nice........' Kelly pouted out.



'Well tell her to stop it........it's freaking me out........'



'Now Jeanne.......you wouldn't want me saying things like...oh I don't know........you make me want to pull off my own arm just so I have something to throw at you.............'Carrie sent Jeanne a sweet smile before eating another mouthful of food.



'See mom......'Kelly pointed out. 'She's being nice..........'





Kelly's pov.





She knew it had to be hard on her wife, she didn't know what she would do if someone told her she would be cut from the record company unless she played by their rules. Kelly had suffered people telling her what to do before but they had always backed down when she stood up to them. She knew Carrie didn't have that kind of will power. And with Jeanne being with them Carrie was on edge for a whole other reason. Kelly watched as Carrie crossed the bottom of the bed,settling at her side of it.



'My eyes still have little white dots in them from the paparazzi after dinner..........' Kelly got up on her knees behind Carrie as she began rubbing her shoulders.



'I swear if I hear someone screaming Carrie in the street again i'll cry............'



'I thought you liked hearing your name being screamed...........' Kelly rubbed along Carrie's shoulders letting her arms slide down her back.



'yea well when you do it, it's sexy................'



'Mom......'Kelly sighed as she threw herself back onto the bed.



'Yea that's not sexy........never really enjoyed being called mom........'



'I meant my mother.......in the next room...........we can't do anything with her here.........'



'We had sex yesterday........'



'In the shower,.....'Kelly pointed out.



'What's the worst that could happen if she hears us having sex?........' Carrie crawled into bed beside her wife.



'She could come running in shouting get off my daughter and hitting you with a rolled up news paper...........' Carrie let out a loud laugh causing Kelly to elbow her. 'Shhh......'



'Why does that sound like something Jeanne would do.............'



'Cause she did it to Alyssa when she first started dating.........And they were only making out.......they hadn't even got to the sex part yet................'



'Is it bad that I now want to have sex with my wife just to piss off my mother in law..........'
