Kelly's pov





Kelly silently packed their bags in the bedroom while Carrie sat on the bed and explained everything to her record company. She told them that she had no desire to renew her contract with them and was happy to end their relationship now. By the look on her face Kelly could tell it wasn't what they wanted to hear. After telling them to have a nice life Carrie hung up smiling.



'That was the bravest thing I think I've ever witnessed...................'Kelly smiled brightly as her wife opened her arms for Kelly to walk into.



'Don't think I could have done it without you...............But.... I now don't have a job........' Kelly pulled away from her wife to look at her.



'Guess I'll have to be your sugar mama from now on.............'



'Well you are old.......' Kelly dug her fingernails into Carrie's sides causing her to yelp. 'Older …......i meant older.......'



'Yea yea.........' The playfulness soon left the room and Kelly stood looking up at her wife. 'You ok with this?.......................'



'It's probably the craziest thing we've ever done and everyone is going to complain but I think we're doing the right thing...........'Kelly tightened her arms around her wife as she kissed her lips sweetly.



' I think we're going to be very happy.........and it's what we wanted not long ago..........'





Flashback.







'We should be our own little family ......forget the rest of them.......'



'We try.......'Kelly began gently rubbing the towel over Carrie's wet hair. Her fingertips softly digging into her scalp as she began to dry her hair.



'Yea.....'Carrie laughed. 'They keep following us..........'



'Yep.....the only thing we could do is move........' Kelly let the towel drop as her hands weaved their way into Carrie's long hair.



'Like to London........' Carrie suggested.



'Rains to much.......'



'Egypt.......'



'Too hot......'Kelly giggled. Grabbing the brush from the bedside Kelly began slowly running it through her wife's hair.



'Australia?.......' Kelly's eyes lit up.



'I love it there.....'



'I know.....'Carrie smiled.



'A beach house........'



'On a nudist beach?......'Carrie asked with a smile.



'You want to enjoy your morning coffee by watching the over 60's enjoy their morning naked walk......'



'Ewww......'



'Exactly.....'Kelly giggled. 'But a beach house would be great........we could bike ride every morning........lay on the beach reading in the afternoon.......eat dinner on the deck.......'Kelly was getting excited now. 'Oh fall asleep under the stars.......' Kelly continued to brush Carrie's hair.



'Kelly.....Kelly......'Carrie turned taking the brush from her hand.



'Sorry.....i got excited.......'



'We started as a joke.......But.......'



'I know I know.....'Kelly interrupted. ' sorry.....i got a little serious.....'



'You did.....'Carrie agreed. 'sounds like something you might like doing though..........'



'Maybe....'Kelly shrugged. 'You do know I love it there......'



'I know ....'Carrie smiled ' would you like your life to be like that.........' Carrie turned to let Kelly brush her hair again.



'It sounds nice.......calm......no stress......'



'No family.......' Carrie added.



'And no family.....'Kelly giggled.



'No career.....'Carrie pointed out.



'What?.....'



'When you described it all.......you didn't say anything about a career......so singing......'



'We would sing......'



'On stage?........'Carrie quizzed.



'Or in the shower.......I don't know......we don't know what the future holds.......'

'I think our Future is going to be just fine from now on..........' Kelly commented as she kissed Carrie once again.
