Two Years Later

Carey/Morris residence
Laying contently in her husband's arms, a very pregnant Mariah sighed happily as she felt Nate's hand rubbing their unborn daughter's warm coocoon. She'd never been this happy in a long time, and she can only thank God for bringing her a wonderful man like Nate when it wasn't too late to find real love.
Two years of martial bliss can do that to a person. Now, she can understand the songs she has sung over the years. The pain, the passion and the reality built up inside of her. The emotions she displayed in her songs were what she felt over the years. Her life was now ten times better because of her husband.
When she found out she was pregnant, she was ecstatic, but Nathan nearly had a heart attack when he heard the news. He was so excited that he was gonna be a father, that he started dancing around in his home and jumping up and down on their furniture. He couldn't wait until Ashley Marie Larissa Morris (their daughter's impending name) to arrive to bring a smile out of them both.
Mariah felt him kiss her forehead gently. She snuggled close to his side and sighed deeply. Now, she was insanely happy and there's nothing she could do to change it. And, the thing is, she didn't wanna change a damn thing.
She has her own vision of love.
