What Happens In Vegas Doesn't Always Stay In Vegas
The Tour
Hey everyone. This update is pretty short but I hope you like it!!
Two months into the tour
The two girls talked on the phone everyday. Each tell each other what they were doing for the day and night. They made sure they kept in touch. Carrie hadn’t been able to get out to the tour yet because the record company has her working double time. Doing concerts at fairs and working on her new album. They both missed each other. Sometimes they would get into little arguments over the phone but they were always able to fix them because they both understood what each other was going through.
“Hey baby,” Kelly answered happily.
“Hey sweetheart,” Carrie said. “How are you?”
“Good missing you like crazy but good. You?”
“I’m ok. I’m missing you like crazy too!”
“So how was the show last night?” Carrie asked.
“It was so much fun! The people were amazing! How’d your show go?”
“Good there are some crazy people at fairs though.”
“I know! They are weird, but they still are a fun time!”
“Yeah so you got to Charlotte ok?”
“Yep. So, when are you coming to see me?”
“I don’t know baby I have so much work to do. They want me to work on a ton of new songs. I didn’t think I would have to do them right now. So whenever I get a chance I’ll be out to see you!”
“Ok,” Kelly said disappointedly.
“I’ll be out as soon as I can. I promise.”
“I know! I wish we weren’t so busy.”
“Me too,” Carrie answered. “I love you.”
“I love you too,” Kelly said with a smile. “Kelly!” “Hey baby I have to go I’m getting yelled at or wanted.”
Carrie laughed, “Ok I’ll talk to you later?”
“I miss seeing you laugh and yes! I really miss your smile too.” Carrie blushed and smiled. “And that blush you probably have too.”
“I miss everything about you baby,” Carrie said.
“Kelly!” “Ok I have to go I’ll talk to you later! I love you!”
“I love you too.”
“Bye babe,” Kelly said.
“Hey sweetie,” Carried said. The two hung up. Carrie walked up to the counter. “Hi I need a ticket to Charlotte please. The first available flight you have.”
“Sure dear,” The teller said. “There’s a flight today at 2:00 if that’s ok?”
“Yes that would be great. Thank you.”
In Charlotte
“Ok why are you guys yelling for me?”
“Do you want something to eat?”
“No thanks I’m good.”
“Ok,” Danny said. “Thought I would ask.” Kelly smiled and started walking back to her bus so she could get some rest before the show.
“Kelly?” Kelly stopped in her tracks *I know that voice*
