Warmness on the Soul

Your hazel green tint eyes watching every move I make
and that feeling of doubt, it's erased.

He bit back a smile during the interview, it wasn’t obvious, but he knew he was being watched. It wasn’t the usual creepy stalker watching he got either, this was a nice kind of watching, the kind that made him smile no matter how he was feeling.

I'll never feel alone again with you by my side,
you're the one, and in you I confide.

“I don’t know if I’m ready for this.” He whispered quietly in the dark room. He pressed a gentle kiss to his neck to soothe him, “It’ll be okay, I’m right here.”

And we have gone through good and bad times,
but your unconditional love was always on my mind.

He hated arguing with him, even if he won the argument it was never worth it. He sat in his bunk and pulled his knees up to his chest and stared at the far wall.
He missed him, which was ridiculous he was only one bunk down. The fight though had left a gorge between them and he wasn’t really sure how to fill it in.
Out the corner of his eye he saw the curtain move, he looked to see who was bothering him and a repentant gaze met his. Neither moved for a moment until he reached out and tugged his arm. He climbed into the bunk next to him and hugged him close, “I love you.” He murmured. A smile flickered across his face, “I love you too.”

You've been there from the start for me,
and your love's always been true as can be.

He laughed when his ex called him up trying to pawn off some story of how she had spent the night with his lover. True he went out and partied but he always came back to his arms no matter how late or early it was. He trusted him and he knew that had never been betrayed.

I give my heart to you.
I give my heart,
'cause nothing can compare in this world to you.

It wasn’t the usual gift someone would give their significant other; but a dog tag stamped with a heart was the best one he had ever gotten. Smiling he reached up and pulled him close for a soft kiss.

And we have gone through good and bad times,
but your unconditional love was always on my mind.

Everyone fights. That’s what they keep telling him, but they shouldn’t be fighting. They had nothing to fight over, absolutely nothing; so why wasn’t he answering his phone. The familiar ringtone broke the silence again and he stared at the caller I.D.
Why was he so mad at him? He hadn’t done anything. Maybe that was the problem. He was just so damn perfect, he wanted him to mess up, just once. No one could be perfect, but he somehow pulled it off day after day.
The ring came again and he finally hit the Talk button.

You've been there from the start for me,
and your love's always been true as can be.

They agreed they were going to be hard on each other in the studio, but sometimes it was a little too hard. Nothing had clicked with him today and he hated it. Soft lips pressed against his neck just behind his jaw bone, the one place he had found that was ticklish. He ducked his head away with a quick laugh but he was held prisoner and the lips tickled him again. “I love you.” He murmured. He relaxed back into his warm body, “Thank you.” He whispered.

I give my heart to you. I give my heart,
'cause nothing can compare in this world to you.

Usually he could guess what his other half was up to, but the ring question had never entered his head. His breath caught for a surprised second and then an excited giggle bubbled out of him and he tackled him to the ground with an enthusiastic “yes.”

I give my heart to you.
I give my heart,
'cause nothing can compare in this world to you.

A/N: Isn't it awful? I leave for months at a time and then don't even update the actual story I'm working on. "Something like Human" shall be updated as soon as my job gives me some breathing room ^_^
