***PART 1***
Alison sat quietly reading the novel she’d just purchased at the local coffee shop. She’d been going there since her early teens and it hadn’t changed a bit. The same old crowd frequented the place and most everyone knew each others business. Most of the time Alison didn’t mind the busybodies, who felt they ruled the place. She found them funny to watch. Sometimes they took things to the extreme, with new people coming into the shop, but they never made her or anyone else feel uncomfortable.
Today was a good day for her. The weather was good. Bright and Sunny and it was her day off. Now the thing to understand about Alison was that she *never* had a day off. Sure she requested days, even scheduled them, but more often then not, her employer demanded she be there. Her job wasn’t very ordinary, mostly in the sense that it was 24/7 type of thing. What did she do exactly? Well, she was a nanny.
Now even Alison thought it was funny she referred to 22 year old self as a nanny. But that’s what she was. A full time nanny at that, though she did live at home. Yes, it was possible, just not very convenient, which is why you can understand why a day off was such a huge ordeal for her. The woman she worked for was a wealthy lawyer. Whenever Mrs. Westing had something to do, she had no problem calling Alison. Though Alison suspected, those midnight meetings weren’t always business related. Not that she could blame the poor woman. Mr. Westing wasn’t around more than once a week and she’d been there long enough to know Cindy, his secretary, often called him with…problems at the office. But enough about work. It was her day off and she was going to enjoy it. As much as she could anyway, knowing something would come along and mess it up.

Marshall, also known as Eminem, groaned softly to himself as he lay his head back in the limo. Normally he’d have driven himself, but Paul thought it would be safer this way, since it had leaked that he was in town. Today had been such a busy day for him. He’d had two photo shoots, which he hated, but was just another thing Paul had insisted on. On his way back to the hotel, Kim had called him. Of course that was enough to make this the day from hell, but she’d also felt the need to bitch at him for everything that was wrong in her life. As if he *could* fix it! Like he *would* if it was even up to him. Couldn’t she just get the fuckin picture! He wasn’t with her anymore, and if there was any god out there, he never would be again! But whatever, she’d caused him to get a headache before he’d finally just hung up on her dumb ass. Then, not even 10 minutes later, Paul called. He needed him to go sign some papers and shit at his office. So now, finally two hours later, Marshall was free to go. It was pretty late in the afternoon, just pushing three and Marshall just wanted to chill. He had a little less then an hour left, before he had to pick Hailie up from Dre’s.
As the limo turned the corner, Marshall noticed a little coffee shop. He wasn’t a big fan of coffee, but figured today he needed it. Marshall buzzed his driver and asked him to pull over. He made sure no one was around before flipping his hood up and throwing on a pair of sunglasses before he made his way out. Entering the place wasn’t that big of a deal. People turned and watched as he made his way to the counter, but no comments were made. He figured they were too scattered to really get a good look at him. After placing his order, he turned around to lean against the counter as he watched the people sitting at the various tables. He noticed one girl, sitting by the door, shyly peak at him. Great a fan, Marshall thought as he turned back around. Not that he really minded his fans. Most days he was fine with signing a few autographs, as long as Hailie wasn’t around. But today just wasn’t the day. He didn’t have patience for this shit.
He handed his money to the girl and took his coffee. As he was leaving, he noticed the girl giggling with her friend and standing up. Damn, he thought to himself. Quickly, Marshall sat down at the first table he saw and without really looking at its occupant started to explain.
“I’m really sorry ‘bout this. This girl is kinda stalking me so I’m just tryen to loose her.”
“Ok…” Alison said, watching the teen who was slowly making her way over, looking at them in confusion.
Marshall looked up at her and was surprised by what he saw. She had a soft complexion, plump lips that vaguely reminded him of Jennifer Garners. Her high cheek bones did nothing but draw your attention straight up to her large doe eyes. Marshall was shocked by the gorgeous green orbs peaking from beneath the shapely lids. All this beauty was framed by long soft curls. Scattered throughout her flame colored hair was streaks of gold, accenting each ringlet. She was a stunning woman. Not his normal type granted. But he couldn’t deny his attraction to her.
“Um, I think she’s coming over here.”
Marshall groaned and tried to think of a way out. Alison noticed his apparent distress. Obviously, he didn’t want this girl to recognize him and that’s why he was dressed the way he was. The girl was slowly getting closer, obviously trying to see if it was who she thought it was. Alison thought quickly and just started talking.
“So John, you didn’t tell me what we were doing tonight. Are we still going out sweetie?”
Marshall looked at her in shock, before regaining his composure. “Yea baby. I was thinking dinner and then some dancing at the club.”
Alison smiled widely at him, “That sounds great…um can I help you?” Alison asked, as if just noticing the girl standing behind her companion.
“Oh, I’m sorry, I was just…never mind.” She said, making her way back to her friend.
Marshall laughed as soon as the girl was out of hearing range.
“Thanks, I didn’t know what to do and I really couldn’t deal with her today.”
“Oh it’s ok.” Alison said, tucking a piece of hair behind her ear.
“So, what’s your name?”
“Alison, but most people call me Ally.”
“Well, you can call me Marshall and thanks again.”
“It really wasn’t anything…”
“Still, most women woulda thrown my ass outta their table so it was cool you didn’t freak.”
Ally laughed, “Yea, I guess you have a point. I did wonder why a guy was all of a sudden sitting with me, but you didn’t look too dangerous I guess.”
Now it was Marshall’s turn to laugh. He sipped at his coffee. “Well that’s a first.”
“So you have girls stalk you all the time then?”
“Well I guess it comes with the job.”
“Oh, what’s that?” Ally asked
