Chapter 1

Usually there wasn't anything that could really irk him right away. He was more than used to keeping himself under control. In all situations. From little things like the fact that Hunter and Adam could without a doubt drive him insane with one of their weird discussions. Usually things that not one person would think about, would put Hunter in stress and of course Adam, liking to tease his friend would usually try to worst the situation. Unfortunately this time.. Davey was on the room when one of those situations took place.

"Hey.. don't you think Jade is hot?"

The two friends looked at each other and then at Hunter.

"And why would you think something like that?"

Okay Adam.. That's not the best thing to ask now..

Davey sign shaking his head and then looking at Hunter suspiciously.

"And where exactly came that though from Hunter?"

The blond just smirked at them.

"Well.. I've been noticing some things about Jade.."

There was an uncomfortable silence, Davey aching to ask what, and Adam still kind of afraid of what the other could babble right now. Finally they gave up and walked to Hunter, sitting at his side, Davey on the right and Adam on the left.

"What?"

They asked at the same time. Hunter laughed and looked weirdly at Davey.

"Maybe nothing that could be new to Davey.. Just they way he moves when he's in a good mood, usually his deep voice humming some song or.." Hunter smile at Davey and put an arm around his two friends. "I kind of though that the only thing remarkable about him was his weird fashion sense."

Adam laughed and prepared to say something when the three of them heard the front door open. The silence was prominent and just when Jade enter the room and said 'hello' moving to the kitchen did they finally said something.

"Maybe we should continue this some other time."

"Sure Davey, you and Hunter sureee look like have something to talk about. Obsessed with the same guy." Adam suddenly takes note of what he'd said and standing up quickly run after Jade. What he had just said sound too weird. And right now he just prefers to be far away from those two.

Hunter looked at Davey confused for a moment and then he smiles seductively.

"Hey, Davey. What he said is true but not that way.. you know.. I'm not.. I mean.. hum..." Hunter stop when he noticed that his long-hair friend had just spaced out.

Surely thinking about Jade... Jade.. Okay.. maybe I'm just not completely immune to males.. that doesn't mean that I'm.. I mean.. I never noticed him at all 'til now.. Hum.. Me and Jade..?? Weird thought.. Nope! Not is gonna happen.

Hunter raised his head when he saw Jade entering the room again, pausing to look at them. Adam a bit behind looking over his shoulder at Hunter, then at Davey.

"Something's wrong? Davey? Hunter?"

Davey choose that moment to 'wake up'.

"Nothing really.. Just thinking about something that Adam said..."

Hunter looked at him suspiciously and then with a smirk stand up and came close to Adam. Putting one arm around his shoulders and giggle.

"Adam. Maybe we should now go see that movie that you were so excited to see. Bye. See you later!"

Without even given his friend a chance to respond, Hunter took his hand and pushes him in the direction of the door. Davey looked at Jade, now noticing that he was staring at him.

"What?" He asked blushing.

Unfortunately the Adam' words, that he was obsessed with Jade, right now made him kind of defenceless. The true was that he was in love with Jade. But he had been so much time in denial that right now he was almost like something new to him. And in reality Jade's beauty or intriguing personality was anything but new to him.

"Hum.. You looked kind of deep in though. Something you want to share?"

"Jade.. I.. Hunter..."

Davey bit his lip and smile sadly at Jade just shaking his head.

What was I thinking.. I can tell him that I fell more than friendship towards him.. I mean.. We're best friends.. and I surely don’t think that Jade could in any way correspond to my feelings.. right?.. What was I thinking?..

Okay.. My first language is not english, I'm portuguese.. so I don't know if this is any good.. anyway.. this is something to just entertain myself, as right now I'm kind of obsessed with AFI!! Anyway..

Just review if you want and tell me if you at least liked the idea .. 'kay?

And if yes, maybe I'll try to write something more in my weird english! :p
