Secrets Can Be Dangerous

Tonight was the big night of the concert and Renee had been waiting months to go see her favorite band Creed. She was also excited that tonight she was going to be meeting this guy she had been talking to over the internet and on the phone a few times. Mark had promised they would meet as soon as he came back to town. Renee had just recently moved to Florida to escape the ever changing weather in Maryland and she wanted a fresh new start . Dressed to kill in a corset top and leather pants she was ready to kick start her new life the only way she knew how. Renee drove her mustang into the parking lot of the arena and took a deep breath then got out of the car and headed inside ready experience the greatest night of her life. Meanwhile inside the band were backstage getting ready before the show started. They knew the doors would be opening shortly and then there night would begin. Scott S. went up to Mark and said Hey man are you ready? Mark said yeah just give me a minute and he walked out of the lounge area and back into the dressing room. Scott S. said whats up with you today? you seem a little bit out of it . Mark said I was thinking about tonight I have a feeling this will be our best show ever. Scott S. said yeah we were really on fire doing sound check tonight. Mark thought to himself I hope she's here tonight I have been waiting so long to meet her. Mark smiled to himself and turned to his friend and said let's go and they walked out of the room towards the stage ready to rock. Renee came in the arena and headed down the aisle towards here seat she was given the best seats in the house. Mark said he wanted her to be front and center so she could better enjoy the concert. The lights went out and the opening act came out and performed . They were not that bad but most of the crowd were waiting for Creed to come out. Renee's heart started to race as soon as the first band left because she knew what was next. Suddenly flames shot out of the stage and Creed appeared on stage and started to perform the beginning cords of '' What If '' everyone around Renee stated to go crazy and scream. Renee looked up to see the most enchanting brown eyes looking down at her. Renee smiled and gazed up mesmerized to see Mark looking down at her and smiling . It was as if they were the only two that existed in the world . The concert was full of surprises and the pyrotechnics were incredible. It seemed like every time Renee looked up Mark would be looking down at her and smiling. Renee was having the time of her life at the concert but little did she know the night would only get better. Mark's heart started to race when they started to play the last chords of their last song because he knew they would be meeting face to face for the first time. He just had to get through the after the show meet and greet which would not be long. The lights came back on in the arena and Everyone started to leave. Renee was pulled aside and escorted backstage by a security guard . Renee thought to herself a she was lead backstage here goes nothing.
