Kyo woken up with smile on his lips. He stretched his body languidly while he thought what his plan was that day. Checking the bussiness with new bands-- as he was working on music industries, checking the recording process, and... visiting his lover.

Huff, he missed Kaoru.

Speaking of the devil, maybe now he was sorting up the files on his office. What a workaholic. Kaoru was a manager, but he always busied himself with the little things that was going on in the company-- he wanted everything to be perfect. He often forced himself to work beyond his capability, but it was one of those things why Kyo really loved Kaoru.

Well, Kyo determined to visit Kaoru around 2 o'clock. Maybe he should buy something for him, and for Shinya. Ah,,that little Shin-chan. He met Shinya a half and year ago. Shinya was working in the same department as Kaoru, and since that time, he was really close to the brunette. Sure, Shinya was quiet, but he could be good listener everytime Kyo had problems with Kaoru- in turn, Kyo found that he was really want to protect the frail looking man.

Kyo smiled at his thought and got up to start his day.

"Kaoru, this is files about the administration you wanted," Shinya handed the folds of paper to Kaoru who was sitting on his chair, facing his working table.

"Thanks, " Kaoru checked the information provided on the paper before lifted his head to look at Shinya. "I think I need the data from production department. Do you bring it?"

"God, I forgot about it, "Shinya sighed. "Let me take it."
Shinya was about turned his body to walked out from the office as Kaoru called for him, "No, Shinya, " Kaoru stood and sauntered Shinya.

"Maybe I'll check it by myself. I need to talk with some people in that department. Can you give this paper to the CEO?" Kaoru gave the papers to Shinya.

"Sure," Shinya smiled softly as he turned, reading the papers, just to be tripped over a box on the floor near the door and..................

"Shinya!!" abruptly Kaoru held Shinya's outstretched hand, but he couldn't keep the balance for he fell---- him above Shinya.

"God, are you OK?" Kaoru put his hand on Shinya's shoulder, looking qualm. The latter just blushed and nodded hesitantly, somehow looking embarrassed, couldn't help but aware of Kaoru's body oh so close to him.

"I think I need to move that box. It's the new product of our company and they sent it to me to check it, " Still above Shinya, he looked back at the box..and shocked as he found Kyo stood near the frame of the door, staring into them with undescribable expression attached on his face.

"K-Kaoru, I..I don't know that you're busy," Kyo stammered, despair clear on his face. Hastily, Kaoru untangled himself from the brunette and reached out for his lover.

"Kyo..wait...it's not like what you think," Kyo shrugged the hand on his arm off, and Kaoru just rooted there helplessly. Kaoru wasn't good with words. As Kaoru couldn't find a word to comfort his lover, Shinya spoke, "Kyo, we don't do anything."

The blonde ignored Shinya's sentence as he placed the bag he brought on Kaoru's wooden table. "I buy this for you two," Kyo turned at them, smiling faintly. "Maybe I should go now. I don't want to disturb you ."

Kyo muffled an excuse and went out.

+++++

"KYO!! please let me talk!!" Kaoru called the blonde for the umpteenth time. Kyo resumed his walk, ignoring people's stares at him. Angrily, Kyo wiped the stream of tears that still flowing from his eyes and hastened his steps.

"KYO!!!" Kyo pretended to not hear him, instead he swung himself up into the driver's seat of his car.
"Kyo, listen to me!!" Kaoru pounded on the glass of the vehicle, hoping that Kyo would let him talk-- about the previous event involving himself and Shinya. Anguishly, Kyo turned his head to the ravenhead and lowered the window.

"What do you want to talk, Kaoru?" Kyo managed to choke the words as he tried hard to stop his sobs.

"Listen, Shinya was tripped over some stuff and I just helped him, but we ended on the floor. I don't--- Kyo, please believe me!!" Kaoru was panicked as he saw his lover started the car.

"I don't know what to believe anymore." Kyo eyed him with sad eyes, tears flowing freely from his eyes, before he moved to set his vehicle into the motion, leaving Kaoru alone.

++++++

"Kaoru?" Shinya frowned at Kaoru's state, face stressed and sweat on his forehead.

"Shinya, I'll go to Kyo's place. Could you mark up my work for today? I think I need to sort this things out," Kaoru smiled dejectedly and reached out for his car's key.

"It's OK. Besides our client hasn't called up for the products, " Shinya smiled softly.

"Thanks," Kaoru smiled gratefully at him. As Kaoru walked, Shinya called at him, "Kaoru, don't forget to bring him back!"

Kaoru nodded and resumed his walk, impatient to meet his lover.

+++++++

Kaoru nervously held the bucket of flower on his hand while his free hand knocking on Kyo's apartment door.

No answer.

He knocked again. Still, there's no answer. After the third time his attempts were failed, Kaoru decided to use the spare key Kyo gave to him a long time ago.

Upon entering the dark apartment, Kaoru called for his lover.

"Kyo?" Kaoru peeked his head to Kyo's bedroom and found nothing. He made his way to the hall and didn't find Kyo there. He searched to the bathroom and no, his lover wasn't there.

/maybe he's just take a walk. I'll wait him here./

++++++

Kaoru woke up with start as his cellphone rang loudly on the Kyo's quiet apartment. Blindly, he searched for the bleeping phone and reached for it.

"Moshi-moshi," Kaoru's voice was hoarse from the remaining sleep.

"Hello,Kaoru-kun? It's Shinya. Have you talked to Kyo?" the qualm feminine voice came from the other line.

"Err, no. I'm in his apatto; I think I was tired waiting for him and overslept on his couch," Kaoru glanced at the clock and frowned. It was 6 am and the ravenhaired man just realized that the day had been changed. Kaoru stood up and searched for his love- maybe he came home when Kaoru was sleeping.

As Kaoru seeked on the empty bedroom, he felt there's lump on his throat. "He hasn't come back yet." Kaoru talked softly.

"What do you mean? I don't think Kyo have never been this late," there's more worry evidence on Shinya's voice.

"I know, Shinya, I know! God, don't make me panic here," Kaoru started to wander around Kyo's apartment frantically. "God, Shinya, where is he?"

"I'm worried too Kaoru-kun..calm down! call his mobile. I'll hung up and call me after that," Shinya tried to calm his bestfriend.

"OK..." After the line was dead, Kaoru dialled a number he'd been dear to call for-- just to be answered by answering machine. Kaoru tried again and found his effort was in vain, then he inisiated to leave a voice message.

"Damn!!" Kaoru cursed loudly and decided to call Shinya.

"How is it?" Shinya asked him.

"It's useless. His cellphone was either been switched off or had no signal, I don't know. God, I have no idea where he is," there was defeat on Kaoru's voice.

"Kaoru-kun, just believe he is fine, okay? Now you take a bath and prepare to the office. As soon as we have spare time, we can search him together."

"Thanks, Shinya. You're really helping me." Kaoru smiled sadly and with that he hung the line up then following Shinya's advice.

Yoshiki was sitting on the chair at his house's terrace reading the newspaper, when he heard loud horn coming from an unfamiliar car. He took off his glasses and looking at the two person on the car, one was waving his hand to him.

Yoshiki placed the newspaper on the chair as the vehicle was parked in front of his house. Then there was young man with black hair running at him, calling his name happily. As soon as the ravenhead stood in front of him, he panted, before greeted Yoshiki cheerily.

"Yoshiki-san, how are you??" the ravenhead grinned at him. Yoshiki tilted his head slightly, seemed to think, a frown visible in his face.

"You don't remember me?" the bouncy boy face-vaulted as Yoshiki shaked his head. He looked dissappointed, but managed to replace the vanished grin with the soft smile. It was when another man with the fiery red hair came towards them, and rudely placing the bags on the floor, it landed with loud 'THUMP'.

"Gah, Totchi, you should help me with this big bag of yours," the redhead glared at another boy then turned to Yoshiki.

"Ah, how are you, Yoshiki-san?" he bowed at the older man, forcing the ravenhead to bow along with him by pushing his head with his hand.

"Diee~~ I know how to bow!" the ravenboy whined. The redhead just grinned, but resumed his gaze at Yoshiki when the older man didn't move.

"Yoshiki?" the man called Die looked at him questioningly.

"He forgets about us," his lover whispered at his ear. Hearing this, the redhead turned to Yoshiki and explained, "ehhm, we used to play at your house when we were kids. The boys next door, you know, your neighbors, remember?" The redhead tried to remind the former drummer. Yoshiki turned his head at the ravenboy who was looking at him with flicker of hope in his eyes. Yoshiki scrutinized the boy's face when the sudden realization dawned to him.

"Toshiya? and you're Daisuke, right?" The two that had been recognised grinned at him. Yoshiki shook Die's hand with manly gesture and hugged him, before he hugged Toshiya too.

"God, you've never come to this beach, so I don't remember you!" Yoshiki shook Die's shoulder gladly.
"we're all become old, ojii-san,"Die smirked at him playfully. Toshiya snickered hearing Die's statement and Yoshiki just smiled.

"come on, why don't we go inside?" Yoshiki ushered them into the house, remembering the old days as he was watching the small bickers of the young men about who's going to carry the bags.

+++++++

"so, Why all of sudden you two come to this beach and visit me?" Yoshiki placed the lemonade on the table in front of the couch, shifting to sit on the couch opposite Die and Toshiya.

"We decide to take the vacation, and since we've never been come here since our departure, yeah.." Die draped his arm around Toshiya's shoulder as the younger one leaned on him. Yoshiki eyed the intimate gesture before smile in understanding.

"So, how's life,uncle?" Toshiya begin the conversation, sipping his lemonade.
"Damn, don't call me like that, Toshiya. Makes me feel older," Yoshiki said jokingly.
"You're denying the truth, ojii-san," Die replied at Yoshiki's remark teasingly. Yoshiki just shaking his head, "You don't change, Daisuke."
Die grinned. "It's me."

Yoshiki then had his eyes looking somewhat faraway. "Life's never been this good. Untill now I still open this house as small motel, running this alone. But there's a time when I miss the moments I spent with you two... my nephew.. and Hide..." for a moment Yoshiki lost in his mind. "ah, how about you two?"

Toshiya answered,"umm, after our family moved to Osaka, I entered the same school with Die," Die nodded at this, "but at the university, I chose to enter the faculty of art, while Die chose the Information and Technology. Now I work as the illustrator and Die works as art director on advertising company."

"It's great. I proud of you," Yoshiki smiled, gratify evidence on his face.

DING DONG.

All of three averted their eyes at the door.

DING DONG DING DONG

"Ah, mind you," Yoshiki got up and advanced toward the door.

DING DONG DING DONG DING DONG

"Patience, will you?" soft growl coming from the old man's lips. He opened the door to find the small man leaned on the doorframe, scowling.

"Kyo?" Yoshiki sounded surprised.

"hi, uncle," Kyo still pouted when he walked past Yoshiki and came inside the house. The old man shaking his head for the umpteenth time, "Kids nowadays."

Kyo paused when he saw two men around the same age with him sitting on the couch, looking at him. Kyo didn't bother to stop scowling and do some good-mannered bullshit, instead he shrugged nonchalantly and walked to the kitchenette, taking the cold beer from the refrigerator. He gulped the content greedily, unaware of three pairs of eyes that following his movements.

"Kyo, behave!" Yoshiki warned him. As if Kyo didn't hear it, he turned and said, "Uncle, I'm tired. I want to sleep." He threw the empty can to the garbage bin and went to one of the room.

"He is Kyo, my nephew. I'm really sorry for his behavior. He always comes here when he has problems," Yoshiki massaged his temple.

"Do you think we had met him before? I think I recognize his face," Die mused.

"I think you had met him, hm.. maybe twice,when you were kids," Yoshiki said.

"Oh, I know him!!"Toshiya shrieked, "Die, remember a boy who punched my face?"

"Oh, yeah, you had it bad that time,"Die snickered.

"huh, he didn't change..what a rude boy.." Toshiya pouted.

"It's because you stepped on his sand castle!! I saw his eyes glittering with tears, you know!!"

"DIEE~~~ don't defend him~~"

"indeed, he IS a good boy. Maybe this time there's something really piss him off," Yoshiki interfered the conversation between Die and Toshiya. "Don't mind him. As soon as he gets good rest, you'll find my statement is true."

Yoshiki looked around the hall of his home.

"now, lets go to your room!!"
