Forbidden

A/N: This is my first fic here, but I have written many fics. I may have a bad language, sorry. This fic will probably be very long and it may contain teacher/student relationships. Pairings are ToshiyaxKyo, DiexShinya and (Kaorux?)... I don't really know what exactly will happen, but we'll see. This first chapter isn't long and there doesn't happen much. And btw, many character may be ooc in this fic.

Chapter one

Fifteen years old Toshiya walked in the school's hallway with his three friends, laughing. They had left the mathematics class, because their teacher got angry with them. "Excellent, Totchi! Excellent! Want a cigarette?" his best friend Kei laughed.

"Of course", Toshiya answered, smiling, and took one. "Now let's go check girls dressingroom."

"Yeeeeah! Guickly!" Kei giggled and they all started to speed up.

"HARA TOSHIMASA!" came a loud yell from behind them. Boys turned around and Toshiya raised his eyebrow irritatedly. It was one of their teachers, Gackt-sensei, and he was running towards them through the hallway. Toshiya inhaled the smoke from his cigarette and asked: "What is it this time?"

"What do my eyes see?! Are you smoking inside the school?!" Gackt yelled terrified. "Doesn't nowadays children have any good manners? I wouldn't have believed from a new student! You surely must know that it is forbidden to smoke in school!"

"I smoke if I want to", Toshiya yawned. "Did you have something else or can we go now?"

"Your mathematics teacher Yoshiki asked me to come and make sure you go to the principal's office", Gackt answered and wrinkled his nose when he noticed Toshiya stubbing out his cigarette in the floor. Toshiya's friends were laughing. "What on earth do you think you are doing? What has our principal taught to you?!"

"Has sensei become blind? Friend is stubbing out a cigarette!" Kei said grinning.

"This isn't a laughing matter! Toshimasa has just changed school and it would be nice if he had a wise company. But it seems that there isn't any. Toshimasa will become a criminal just like you! With you other three the hope is already lost, but for god's sake give Toshimasa a chance for a good life!" Gackt hissed. "And now, follow me! You all go to the principal's office right now."

Gackt lead them to the office. In the waitingroom on the sofa was sitting Toshiya's classmate Tooru Nishimura, who should have been in the highschool already. He was one year older than the others, but was still in the 9th grade because of his low marks. Younger boys sat also to the sofa, opposite of Tooru. Kei watched Tooru. They were enemies.

"How is it going, Tooru?" Toshiya's other friend Mizuki asked hissing. No one liked Tooru, everyone hated him. He looked weird with his tattoos and piercings and he also had very old and very shabby school uniform. "Are you on drugs? Hah!" Toshiya's friends were laughing again. Toshiya was quiet, he didn't know Tooru so well.

"Well, that's what he looks like with that dumb, empty look on his ugly face", Kei said grinning evilly. "Oh, poor little Tooru. Life can be so hard... How was it, why were you crying when you were little? Was it that your parents-"

"FUCK YOU! GO TO HELL!" Tooru shouted, furious, glaring Toshiya and his friends hatingly.

Gackt tried to finish their fight. "Hey, act nicely now!" he commanded. "You are waiting here peacefully, okay?! And I shall return to my class."

"He's going to give some ass to Yoshiki", one of Toshiyas friends laughed. Gackt blushed. He was dating Yoshiki, but it was none of their business! But before Gackt managed to say anything, the office's door opened and an older boy who had brown hair and aquiline nose, walked in the waitingroom, saying calmly: "Very funny, Yuki." The boy had a new school uniform, he was from a rich family and he was known from his good succession in school. He was also very brave towards the bullies. He was always helping the ones being bullied.

"Gackt-sensei's lapdog", Yuki hissed. "What has Niikura done to get to principal's office? Has Niikura been a bad boy?"

"None of your business", older boy answered coldly. "And Gackt-sensei's personal life neither."

"Thank you, Kaoru", Gackt said and smiled gently. "Kaoru will begin to teach mathematics for some students. Unlike you, he is a smart student and wants to help others to learn too. You should all be more like him."

"Who would like to be teacher's lapdog?" Kei asked. "No one. Except our dear friend Niikura."

"Principal Manabu told that Tooru doesn't have to talk with him. He must only do all of his forgotten homeworks", Kaoru said in a calm voice, looking at Tooru. "He told me to tell this."

"And what a fucking messenger have you become?!" Mizuki asked rudely.

"Shut up", Kaoru hissed.

"Well, I must go now", Gackt sighed. "Follow me, Kaoru. Your mathematics refresher course starts soon. I will take you to Yoshiki-sensei."

"Mathematics refresher course?!" Toshiya asked, trying to look cool in front of his friends. "That kind of geek doesn't need any practice."

"You can never learn too much mathematics", Kaoru said smiling. Then he followed Gackt out of the office's waitingroom.

Tooru got up and took his old, also very shabby school bag, walking to the door. Yuki laughed evilly, looking at Tooru's blond hair. "Disgusting..." he said. Tooru blushed and was biting his lip, trying to keep his cool. He opened the door.

"Not surprising at all that he hasn't got any friends", Kei said loudly.

"Yeah. I can't imagine anyone who would like to be with him", Toshiya said, sounding disgusted. Tooru looked at them, looking both angry and sad, and left the room, slamming the door shut. Toshiya watched after him smiling proudly, but actually he felt horrible. How could he have said that? He knew how Tooru must feel; to see and hear that everyone hated him... He had been just like Tooru in his old school. A stranger... Everybody had hated him. But now everything had changed. He was popular in this new school and girls liked him. But it still didn't feel good to bully other people. He felt like a terrible person but it was easier to be popular and rude than a good guy, though. He had learned that.

"Boys, let's get out of here", Yuki sighed. Kei nodded. "Yeah, that transvestite's lecture doesn't interest me." But suddenly principal Manabu was standing in his office's door. Toshiya looked at him, gulping. Manabu didn't seem like a principal, he was like a woman. Now he was wearing a black dress and woman's high-heeled shoes. Why the hell was that kind of man a principal?!

"Where are you going, boys?" Manabu asked calmly with his manly voice. "Are you trying to sneak away?"

"Of course not, principal", Mizuki answered.

"That's what I thought. You should know that it is very forbidden. Well, I would like to start with Toshimasa, if it's alright. There you are! Come in. We have a lot to talk about."

Toshiya gulped, but followed his principal to his office. Manabu shut the door behind them and both of them sat down. Toshiya sighed heavily. Everything in the room was so girly and clean, it didn't seem at all like principal's office. Manabu caught his eyes with his own, saying: "You have been a bad boy again, Toshimasa." He was reading at a book where he had info about students. "My book says that you have been acting wild in class. How do you explain me that?"

Manabu's beautiful eyes looked at Toshiya's own. Toshiya didn't know what to answer. He couldn't tell the truth. "I haven't done anything!" he answered then. "Teacher's are lying."

The principal shook his head. "You're lying", he sighed calmly, and turned his attention to the book again. "My book also says that the reason you are behaving like this, is your new friends. Isn't that right?"

Toshiya shook his head right away. "That isn't true. You are wrong."

"In your old school you were a good student", Manabu said. "And here you are acting like a little child! Expecially your mathematics grade worries me. What is going on, Toshimasa? And do not lie, because I can sense when students are doing that."

"I don't have to tell you anything!" Toshiya snapped. "And I... I don't want to talk about my old school years!"

"Toshimasa, I know why you have changed the school so often", Manabu told. "You were being bullied. That's why you changed the school. And now you act like the people who bullied you. That isn't a good resolution! You should choose your friends better and study hard! You have to start think about your future! If you continue like this, you will become a criminal! Is that what you want?!"

"No! But this isn't about my friends!" Toshiya shouted.

"I know everything. EVERYTHING. I have everything in this book. It is useless to lie to me. I know-"

The door opened and Gackt-sensei arrived again. "Oh, Gackt. Please come in." Toshiya sighed heavily. Gackt and Manabu were both with him now. He was so "lucky." And Gackt didn't like him, neither of them liked him. They both hated him, he knew it. He really hoped that Gackt wouldn't tell Manabu that he had smoked a cigarette inside! He was in a big trouble already.

"I just came to tell you... Toshimasa was smoking inside", Gackt said. "And this wasn't the first time." Toshiya was furious but of course he couln't say anything.

"Thank you, Gackt. Toshimasa, let this be the last time when you bring cigarettes to school!" Manabu said loudly. Toshiya was shaking a little. The principal sounded very angry, which wasn't normal. It wasn't a good thing.

"I... I promise", Toshiya whispered, head down.

"Good. And now we have to talk about your mathmematics grade. Your friend's hope is already lost, but you still have a chance. And I've decided that you need more teaching in mathematics. You need some remedial instruction."

"WHAT?!" Toshiya almost cried. Both Manabu and Gackt were looking at him. "I don't want to!"

"You have to. But... who would be the best teacher?"

"Are you thinking the same person as me?" Gackt asked, smiling. Manabu nodded immediately. "Yes. It is a good choice. It is decided now."

"WHAT?! WHAT IS DECIDED?" Toshiya shouted. "I WANT TO KNOW! WHAT DO YOU MEAN?!"

"We know a perfect teacher for you", principal said and smiled innocently. Toshiya knew that what ever he would hear, he wouldn't like it. Gackt nodded. "He is a perfect student."

Toshiya was getting mad. He wanted to know right now! "Who is it that you're talking about? Tell me!"

"We are talking about Kaoru Niikura", Gackt answered. Toshiya's jaw dropped. No... Oh no! Kaoru was the worst choice ever! This was horrible! "He is your new teacher, Toshimasa. We trust in his talents. You couldn't have a better teacher."

"No. Not with him. Please... Not alone with him. You must be joking", Toshiya whined. He couldn't believe this was really happening.

"No, not alone", Manabu said. "Tooru Nishimura will join you." Toshiya shook his head desperately, but it was already decided.

"I can talk about it with Kaoru", Gackt said and smiled gently. Toshiya sighed again, head down. Farewell, everything. This was his end. Kaoru would make his life even worse. What would this lead to? And what would happen when he would also have to spend time with Tooru?! He didn't even want to think about it!

A/N: This first chapter really is short and nothing happened yet. But like I said, this will be a long fic. I don't want to rush into things. Hmm... I am sorry that Die or Shinya weren't in this chapter. Review, this really is my first fic here.
