Keep your promise One shot

"Ville, I'm going to die, aren't I?" Bam questioned. He looked up at his husband of the last five years, then down at the gunshot wound in his stomach. Ville took a deep breath and cradled Bam tighter,
"I don't know love, i really don't..." But he knew, deep inside himself, that Bam, his one true love, was dying. It had been an accident. He had allowed hunters into the ground's of Castle Bam after hearing that a wolf had escaped from the local zoo. A dangerous one that had last been seen less then a mile from his home. Bam had gone to call the hunters in, the wolf had been caught else where, but he had scared one of them, and they shot him. Blood was steadily dripping out of Bams wound as he lay in Villes arms, both men refusing to cry. It was obvious however, it was the one thing they both longed to do.
"Ville, i love you, so so much, the day i married you, it was the happiest of my life," Bam choked out, with a lot of effort.
"Oh god Bammie, i love you too. Don't say your goodbyes, not yet..."
"I'm dying. I know i am. I can taste the blood in my mouth. But Ville. Don't join me, please don't. You have so much to live for, your music, our daughter..."
"Bam please, i can't promise that.." Tears where now pouring down Villes face. He kissed Bam softly on the head, and rocked him in his ams.
"Promise me Ville, if you love me you will promise..." cried Bam, tears in his own eyes too.
"I promise.." whispered Ville. Bam gripped his hand as Ville planted one last kiss on his lips. After a few seconds, Bams hand went limp in Villes. He was gone.

Ville lay a dozen black and red roses on Bams grave, before sitting down infront of it. It had taking all of Villes effort not to kill himself after Bams death. Now, a year on, his emotional wounds were still fresh, but he wanted to keep his promise. He had too. Using his index finger to trace the words on Bams grave, Ville broke down and sobbed.
"I love you so much Bam," he cried. "I don't know how much more i can take..." Ville lay down, and cradled a small teddy bear left on the grave. Left by thier daughter. April. Bam had insisted on naming her after his long-suffering mother, and Ville couldn't protest. The smile on Bam's face was enough to make him do anything. Ville cried harder at the four year old memory. April would never remember Bam. She was too young. Ville must have fallen asleep, because suddenly, in the distance, a clock chimed midnight. He opened his eyes and sat up, shaking his head to wake himself up. He looked up, aware of someone, or something, near him. Then he saw him. Bam. Dressed in the same outfit he was wearing the day he died, but wearing a flowing white cloak that reached the ground, and fluttered behind him in the wind. Ville didn't move, only looked. Slowly, Bam made his way over to his widowed husband, bent over him, and planted a kiss on his lips...
