Something Unexpected

Almost a week later, Kyo was able to go back on tour. He had a nasty cut and it would be a scar, but he didn't care. The fact that he was alive was more than enough compensation. He had to admit that as much as he hated life, he thought death was even worse. Especially if he'd never gotten to see Shinya....Well, the point was, things were getting back to normal. Or at least to the normal that Kyo still wasn't used to or fond of...the normal without...Dammit, pull yourself together!
Kyo and Shinya went back to acting like neither of them were there, both of them completely oblivious to the other's love. Kyo started to notice things about Shinya that irked him, mostly having to do with Miyu. He had begun to let Miyu sleep over everyone's clothes so they were covered in dog hair. Or he'd be passing by and accidentally spill water onto Kyo, which Kyo shot him a deathglare and Shinya would shrink away, muttering an apology. Another thing Shinya kept doing was tapping on Kyo's papers and, not realizing, flinging them around so they'd fly into a frenzy and get all disorganized. Kyo picked them up, frowning and Shinya ran off before Kyo could yell at him. The final straw, however, was when Shinya left the door open to the connecting rooms that he and Kyo had and Miyu came in and promptly shit all over the outfit Kyo had planned for that night's concert.
Enraged, Kyo grabbed Miyu and stormed into Shinya's room without even knocking. Shinya, whom was in the middle of changing himself, looked at Kyo, completely nude. He gasped and grabbed his shirt and covered himself.
"Can't you knock?!"
"Can't you keep your fucking dog away from me?! What the hell is wrong with you lately? Are you purposely out to piss me off or what?!"
Shinya glared at Kyo and got Miyu and picked her up, though he let his shirt drop and was again nude. Kyo actually blushed and glared. Shinya glared right back.
"You can leave if you're so uncomfortable!" Shinya turned so his butt right by Kyo. Kyo shuddered and looked away.
"Damare!"
"Nanda?!" Shinya bent over to put Miyu down and Kyo couldn't stop himself. He grabbed Shinya from behind and threw him on the bed. He kissed Shinya as hard as he could, nearly tearing his clothes off. Shinya's hands helped him get naked desprately fast. Shinya broke the kiss and kissed Kyo's neck as Kyo wet his fingers and shoved them inside of Shinya, moving them fast, working him open quickly. Shinya's hand fumbled around the open side-table drawer beside the bed and got out lube. Kyo stared at Shinya and Shinya just smiled sheepishly. Kyo grinned and kissed Shinya. He pulled his hand out once he felt Shinya was ready and quickly lubed them both and thrust into him deeply. Shinya moaned and wraped his arms and legs around Kyo's small body and Kyo pushed and pulled himself in and out of Shinya as fast as he physically could. Shinya moaned in Kyo's ear and nibbled it, getting a shudder from the blond. Kyo panted hard on Shinya's neck and began thrusting right against the spot inside of Shinya. He still remembered it, even though it was nearly two months since they'd made love. Covered in sweat, Kyo moved his smaller body and Shinya tensed against him, about to climax. Kyo felt it as he himself prepared to orgasm.
"With me, Shin-Shin, ready?"
Shinya nodded and they looked into each others eyes as they both came at the same time, all over each other. Kyo slowly laid beside Shinya and Shinya cuddled with him. He kissed Kyo all over his sweaty face, then kissed him full on the lips. Kyo, not having the energy to fight--not that he wanted to anyway--let Shinya, kissing him back. Kyo reached up and stroked Shinya's cheek lazily, slowly calming down.
When they could both move more easily, Kyo propped himself up on one elbow and looked into Shinya's eyes. Shinya smiled gently and Kyo smiled, though sadly. His eyes started to fill with tears and he looked away.
Shinya gently brought his face back with a slender hand, making Kyo look at him. "Nanda, koi-chan?"
"It's just...I...Ai shiteiru..."
"Ai shiteiru..." Shinya leaned in to kiss Kyo, but Kyo stopped him.
Shinya felt a moment of panic when Kyo did that, but Kyo sat up and cupped Shinya's face.
"When I...had that accident thing...I was more terrified about the fact that I might have died never getting to say that to you again."
Shinya felt himself melt and he rubbed his nose gently against Kyo's. Kyo pet his cheeks and kissed him gently, then sighed.
"What is it now...?"
"How...how are we gonna tell Karou-sama?"
"Nani?"
"That we're back together..."
Shinya smiled so brightly, it lit up his entire face. "Are we? A...A-Are we really?"
Kyo laughed a little, grinning so much his nose crinkled, "Hai!"
"Wai!" Shinya pounce-hugged Kyo and they both laughed and hugged each other. They held each other close and cuddled, neither of them wanting to move when it came time to get ready for their concert.
"Kyo-kun?"
Kyo turned from where he was dressing, a few hours later. "Hai?"
"Have you...come up with anything?"
Kyo nodded. "Hai, don't worry about it. I'll tell you later."
Shinya smiled and kissed Kyo's forehead. Kyo grinned and finished dressing.
"C'mon, let's get outta here." Kyo took Shinya's hand and led him downstairs, unsure even he had the balls to tell Kaoru their re-discovered love.
