The Secrets Between us

Carrie stood in the shadow at the back of the large room silently watching Kelly on stage bouncing around to her bands playing. They had made a pact to still keep their relationship a secret for a while longer, Carrie knew it wouldn't be a secret forever but for now it was for the best. Kelly wasn't ready to announce to the world that she was in love with a woman. She didn't know if that made her gay or bi she had never been attracted to a woman before Carrie but she didn't want the world labelling her. The worst would be if her mother found out,coming from a religious family meant some things are never accepted. Carrie's family were just the same if they knew exactly what their young daughter was doing in la they would be taking her home.



Carrie was pulled out her thoughts by Kelly jumping on stage making her way towards her,she didn't even know Kelly knew she was there. She had tried to be sneaky and not let the young Texan know she had arrived at the hall. She loved watching Kelly when she wasn't aware she was being watched. Her walls were down and she became so free,when she realised someone was watching her the walls came up. Carrie hated that she wanted Kelly to be comfortable enough to be free around her.



"Hey you, when did you arrive."Kelly kept her distance from the young blonde afraid she wouldn't be able to control herself.



"A while ago..........loved your little dance up there........"



"What can I say, ive got some moves..."Carrie knew Kelly was trying to flirt without anyone seeing her.



"Oh i know that......if i can remember correctly i saw a few moves last night from you."



"Want to see some more?"Carrie knew Kelly was bluffing but that didn't stop her teasing the young Texan more. she knew Kelly would break before she did. Sliding up closer to the young Texan she pressed her mouth against her ear.



"How about we head back to the bus an....."



"Kelly!" Kelly jumped back at the sound of the voice behind her.



"God Jason you scared me....don't sneak up on people like that."



"what are you two whispering about.....something you want to share with the rest of the class." Kelly was confused by Jason's sharp tone. She knew deep down that Jason knew about her and Carrie but she wasn't willing to own up to anything with him. She would stand her ground and hopefully he would let it go.



"we were talking about a new song Carrie wants to do........."



"yeah I... I was hoping Kelly would listen to it for me.......she's so good at knowing what works and what doesn't."Jason watched Carrie and Kelly lovingly look into each others eyes as Carrie spoke. It made him feel sick that Carrie was making his sister do things she wouldn't normally do.



"yeah well next time try not make out with her ear while you ask her..........people might see." with that they watched him walk away meeting up with Ashley at the bottom of the stage.



"god you think he heard me........"



"Carrie stop worrying he's just being pig headed......he will soon forget about it...........Now come on I heard you mention something about the bus. with that Kelly pulled a giggling Carrie out the hall doors

"Jason what was all that about over there."Ashley rubbed her hand across his shoulders seeing how tense he was.



"this isn't right ash.....she's lying to everyone........someone has to do something before the press finds out."



"Jas don't to anything stupid just let her deal with this herself.......she's a big girl she knows what she's doing."Jason was to far gone to listen to Ashley, he had to finish this before Carrie ruined his sister. He knew exactly what he had to do.
