Baby Can I Hold You

Kelly stood frozen to the spot, her whole body wanted to run to Carrie throwing herself against her and beg her to save her but in reality all she could do was stand there glued to the spot as everything happened to her.



'Carrie was passing thought she would drop by..That's nice of her right baby?' He was being nice now he knew he had to be Carrie would sense something was wrong then all hell would let loose.



See to the world Kelly lived the perfect life a great house full of everything she wanted a husband who adored her and best of all her pride and joy, her baby girl. Not much of a baby though she was coming up for 4 and since her birth she had saved her mother more than once. He wouldn't risk his princess seeing what her daddy was really like. Only Kelly got to see that side, something she was thankful for.



'yeah kel. Thought id pop in and see what your up to. Your a tough girl to get a hold of' Carrie joked looking back between Kelly and her husband. ' so why you just standing there get over here' It felt so good being pulled into Carrie's arms Kelly thought she would just melt right there and then. She stopped herself from letting out a satisfied moan as she felt Carrie lightly run her lips over her neck. 'so kel I see you haven't came to your senses and left this jerk yet..maybe there's time for me to steal you away yet.' Carrie gave Kelly a wink before doing the same to the now angry looking figure still sitting at the table.



See Carrie and Kelly went back years ever since the younger girl won American Idol, round about the same time Kelly met Paul. He had been the manager of a hotel Kelly stayed at and from day one he had down everything to get Kelly's attention something her best friend Ashley really didn't like. While staying at the same hotel Carrie bumped into her American Idol, she herself had just won the show and was glad for the advice Kelly was throwing her way.



While Ashley had strongly warned Kelly against Paul Carrie had been the opposite, she told the Texan to go for it and that's exactly what she did. Now eight years on Kelly didn't let a day go by where she wished she had listened to Ashley instead. Not that it was Carrie's fault, Kelly had been fooled by his charms as well. But while Carrie had been a full supporter of Paul he wasn't so much one of hers. He made it clear early on he didn't feel comfortable around Carrie, there was something not right about her he said. And when Carrie finally confessed to them both that she was gay Paul knew why he had been so against her.



Another reason was her continuing flirting she did with Kelly, everyone else saw it as harmless fun but Paul. Carrie had been doing it since day one in fact she did it with a lot of people, it wasn't unusually for Carrie to grab Ashley into a loving embrace also so Kelly didn't really think anything of it. Paul on the other had did , he told Kelly that Carrie was in love with her and trying to spilt them up. Something Kelly couldn't understand since Carrie had been the one fighting for them to get together in the first place.



Paul also thought Kelly enjoyed the flirting alittl to much and it was that reason that lead to Kelly getting her first beating from Paul.



All three of them had been out for the night drinking and dancing, mostly Carrie and Kelly was dancing Paul sat back watching from the corner of the bar. Every time Carrie would let her hands wonder over Kelly hips Paul would empty another shot glass. Since the blonde was being overly flirty that night it wasn't long before Paul was staggering towards them throwing himself at Kelly. Carrie just laughed him off and told him if he wasn't careful she might just steal his little Kelly away from him. He had smiled sweetly asking kelly if that's what she wanted, did she want Carrie stealing her away from him. Kelly had thrown her head back laughing fully at the idea before smiling wickedly at Paul and saying it was an idea., one she might consider if she ever got bored of him. He had laughed it off at first and all three had ended the night happily. It wasn't till 3am while Carrie was asleep on the couch and Kelly was in bed asleep that Paul made his move.



Kelly was woken by a heavy weight on her throat, Struggling to push herself up from the bed her first thoughts were to shout for Paul to help but when she opened her eyes she saw that Paul was there in front of her. Hands around her neck his eyes shut tight his lips were moving but Kelly couldn't make out what he was saying.



What seemed like hours but only was a few seconds Kelly believed she was about to die but as fast as it had started Paul let go of her neck before punching her in the face leaving her gagging for breath as he rolled over to his side of the bed.



Kelly didn't know what to do she couldn't move her whole body was frozen, this would be a feeling she would get over and over again in the years to come. They had only been going out a few month's Kelly had never seen him even a little annoyed let alone going crazy like he had just done.



That night was the beginning of it, of course the next day he couldn't remember any of it and if it wasn't for the burst nose Kelly had she would have sworn she had dreamt it. He cried told her he was sorry and begged her not to leave him, he told her he must have been dreaming and she believed him.



Story goes after Carrie passed out on the couch she and Paul went to bed, getting up to use the bathroom Kelly tripped over her shoes by the door and burst her nose open. No one punched her she wasn't afraid for her life and everything went back to normal for everyone else.



But not for Kelly.
