"I cant believe im not there....what if something goes wrong.....how will i be able to fix it from here?" Carrie couldn't help but laugh.



"well Dr Clarkson im sure the other doctors will just have to cope without you."



"ha ha..... ok i know i don't like to have my control taken away from me.....it feels like they are taking over."



"oh so im yours to control am i......i didn't know you were the butch one here."



"hey....im not butch....just a little protective."



"and i love when you are......but seriously don't worry ok?......your mom will be with me and plus its only a scan.....nothing life threating." Carrie at this moment was laying in Kelly's bed at her mothers while Kelly was half the way around the world in england promoting herself.



"why couldn't you have just came with me.....why do i have to be here alone."



"Kelly you know why....i needed this scan....and your not alone.....the band and Ashley is there."



"well fat lot of use Ashley is theses days." Kelly throw herself back onto her hotel bed.



"still not talking to you?"



"shes not talking to anyone.....just working and leaving......i know shes hiding something from me.......i just wish i knew what."



"i think i might know what Kel." Carrie held her breath waiting for Kelly to ask what.



"Don't start with the shes in love with you thing Carrie....."



"no no...i don't mean that.........i sort of over heard your mom and Jas talking yesterday........"



"whats Jason got to do with Ashley?"



"well from what i heard it sounds like Jason and Ashley had a thing and well he ended it......sounds like he broke her heart." Carrie waited for Kelly's response but got nothing. "Kel?...you there." hearing a weird sound on the other end of the phone made Carrie sit up. "Kelly?...Kelly are you giggling?" with that she heard Kelly burst into a fit of giggles. " god Kel i thought you were choking."



"Sorry sorry.....but come on car......Ashley and Jason......eww.....now i have morning sickness thanks."



"im just telling you what i heard ok.......it might be something to think about."



"why would i want to think of that when i can be thinking of you.." Carrie felt herself blush, Kelly was millions of miles away and she still had an effect on her body.



"so what are you thinking about."



"oh lots of things....where are you now."

"bed too......what are you wearing?"

"oh come on.....ill tell you what im wearing." Carrie let out a laugh.



"kelly this is so not right.....i mean Perez Hilton could be listening in on this right now."

"Well how the hell can he listen in on us?"



"mmm...with spy stuff and things?" Carrie really wasn't understanding her own argument now.



"with spy stuff and that......very mature car.......and to think i was trying to be all sexy with you....you've ruined in now."



"no no I can be sexy Kelly.....ok im wearing the Winnie the pooh pj's i got at Christmas......"



oh that works for me......getting so turned on here car....." Carrie could hear the sarcastic tone in Kelly's voice.



"well lets see how well you can do then.....what is the miss Clarkson wearing to bed?"

"What.....i like the nude."



"how am i supposed to sleep now knowing that your there naked"



"and what about me....how can i sleep known your there with winnie the pooh" Kelly hardly got the sentence out before falling back against the bed in a fit of giggles.



"ha ha im comfy ok.....im not trying to be sexy here....." Kelly could hear Carrie was trying to act hurt.



"i know i know baby.......but ive seen the Winnie pj's....you cant help but be sexy in them too......listen i better get a little sleep here......its 5am here."



"oh...time difference....forgot about that."



"yeah....listen put the phone to your stomach for me first...."



"ok." Carrie did what Kelly wanted leaving it there before lifting it back up to hear ear."finished..?"



"yeah......just wanted to tell the baby something..........i love Carrie......." Carrie smiled at Kelly's sweetness, she wished everyone could see the young Texan like this but a part of her was happy it was just her that saw this side.
