Billie stood naked in the hall, unaware of his exposed, now flacid penis.
He turned and entered his room not bothering to shut the dor behind him. He walked past the miniature bathroom to the bed.
Mike had hastily dressed while 80 and Billie had been in the hall.
He sat on the bed awaiting some sort of news from Billie. He jumped up to greet him.
"What happened?" No response.
"Where did she go?" No response.
"What did she say?"
"She said it's fine."
"Whats fine?"
"She said its fine. She said she knew. She said she always knew."
"She knew?"
"Apparently"
"And she said its fine?"
"yup."
Mike scooped up Billies boxers and helped him into them one leg at a time. They sat on the bed together. recounting all their encounters, dumbfounded by her response. Out of the silence Mike asked one final question..
"But what does that mean Billie?"
"I don't know."

But having his wifes permission to continue his torrid gay love affair with his band mate seemed to take away the mystique of their relationship.
They would always love each other, but perhaps not in the same lustful, testosterone driven way.
Surely they would still share a kiss on stage and even the occasional night together on the road. But that day that Adrienne found them together, changed their relationship forever.
